i've read some issue concerning the new monty, can anyone summarize it?

yung regarding po sa alarm...

nakakairita lang kunyari nagpapa carwash ka tapos you close the doors but leave it unlocked syempre. then pag bubuksan na nila to clean the interior, ayun mag aalarm na... and i always have to press the remote para mamatay yung alarm.

just got my leather seat cover at seatmate. I noticed na ginupit nila ung leather seat cover dun sa part ng 2nd row backrest lever adjustment. Of course, i was surprised because i was expecting that the hole for the 2nd row lever would be stitched. Pero sabi nila ganun daw talaga ginagawa nila sa MS for better fitting, and ok naman ung fit and the holes from the cut were concealed. Parang alam naman nila ung ginagawa nila, d naman mukhang first time o nagkamali lang. Just want to know dun sa mga friends natin dito na nagpagawa ng seat cover nila sa seatmate kung ganun din ung procedure na ginawa sa monty nila. First time ko lang kc nakakita na ung seatcover eh tinabasan o ginupit. Pero maganda naman ung kinalabasan. TIA.

Same experience ko sa Seatmate. May ginugupit sila pero ayos ang pagkagawa and di ko na nga matandaan kung san area yung ginupit. Alam ko lang may ginupit sila sa seatcover ko during installation.

i can testify for seatmate... magaling silang gumawa at pulido. i've already had two cars installed with leather seat covers and maganda ang fit and pagkatahi ng covers.

and i'll be coming back for a third... this time on my montero.

just put it on valet mode para di mag-alarm tuwing bubuksan nila. then, just activate it afterwards.

To those who wanna upgrade their reverse bulb, i recommend this: Hybrid super white bulb


over this: LED bulb


because ive tried both LED bulb & Hybrid super white..the LED bulb is bright but it doesnt light up the whole portion of the reverse/back up lens whereas the Hybrid super white bulb does..the LED bulb doesnt light up the whole lens because LED's light are all focused on the front unlike the hybrid bulb na kalat kung umilaw..

7500 sir ung leather seat ko. light grey. similar shade nung sidings. sori i don't have pictures yet pero ok naman ung gawa nila. I think they are now charging 8500, just tell them that your other friends who have monty got their seat covers also from seatmate for 7500. ganun sinabi ko because they originally charged me 8500.

Hi guys,

the alarm can be turned off, just do this:

insert the key sa ignition
press and hold the blue light (blinking blue light near the hazard button.)
turn the keys to ON (III)
the light should stop blinking.

keyless entry na lang sya.

about the trunk release, you'll need a trunk release device/module in order to use that function. it's bolt on. maghanap nalang kayo sa banawe mga bro hehe.



yung seller naman ng LXsunWorx HIDs ay lageng nasa manila yun.
no problem with warranties. kapitbahay ko yan, sandaling kausap and pag nagkaproblema, palit agad, walang BS.

i'm getting my 4x2 MS this coming saturday and will drive her to leyte. but before bringing her home i would like to check the shops that sells 20" rims/tires. can you pls recommend which shops to visit? sa mga naka 20" what is the recommended rim and tire profile? magkano kaya ang going rate ng average 20" chrome rims and tires?

I suggest you get the 22s na. I've tried fitting the 20s na chrome.
no offense sa mga naka 20s dito, pero medyo bitin sya talaga.
pero 20s na hindi chrome, siguro ok lang.
but if chrome's talaga gusto mo. get the 22s or better yet 24s

sir front windshield? papalitan mo na lalo't noticeable from your view, pero sa labas i bet di halata yan. madali lang naman palitan compared to our rear windshield that has a defogger na medyo delikado.

if it comes from car wash boys, you can request them not to include the inner windshield sa patuyuan, ikaw na lang kamo. also migs has swirls on his headlight and it also came from carwash boys' drying towel


the 3.2 4X4 averages 7.5 kms/li city driving, and can to go up from 8 if you use it at NLEX. my guess for the 2.5 4X2? might be in the 8 kms/li and up in the city. 9 and up at high speed.

You're correct sir XTO, sa labas hindi halata. Now I'm planning to replace the windshield tint of my monty which is a platinum neutral tint. I am planning on putting 3m brand na neutral din ung dating. Malaki ba and difference mga sirs nung 3m crystalline sa 3m neutral? I just heard lang kc of this crystalline thing. San nga po palang shop magaling magremove and mag install ng tint. It's hard to take chances din kasi, magaling na ung reliable talaga. TIA.

sir kasama ba manual ng Code Alarm mo? if model CSI-300 nasa page 6.

1. From the disarmed condition, turn the ignition key to the on position.
2. Press and hold the valet push-button switch until the das mounted LED turns on. The LED will remain on as long as the system is in valet mode.
3. To return to normal operation, press and release the push button switch anytime the ignition is on.

Mas magaling ba ang SEATMATE sa Mandaluyong kesa sa COVENTRY SQUARE sa Banaue.? Kasi pinakasikat ang coventry sa banaue when it comes to leather seats.Although Ive read from fellow tsikot members na ok din ang seatmate
