hi sir! these look like 20s. someone posted that if you want chrome, go 22s so it wont look small or "bitin"....and that the racer types like volk's te37 or lenso's rt7 are the ones that look good at size 20. i completely agree.

im not a fan of the door cladding. i like that part of the monty as it is. to me, the orig front and rear fender claddings are enough to give that masculine look...much like the bulky fenders do to the subaru wrx sti 4 door sedan. adding those door claddings makes the monty look fat and stout...like a guy with love handles...like me...bwahahahaha

im not a fan of the rear bumper side extenders (i dont know if thats how its called) and i prefer the simple thai spoiler. but i like ntyce's front chin design much more than this one!

sir these are my personal preferences and im just stating so as a response to your post. just wanna help out. its still up to you however you want to jazz up your ride.

    * j*sto and xto, congrats on your upgrades! very nice!

    * j*sto, ever thought of not painting the rear bottom cladding to match the unpainted rear bumper?

hi stubby...rear upgrades not yet done...still being painted and 'hoping it would turn just like what i thought.

thanks for the recommendation but i thought, if i do that, useless garnish since the look is exactly what our MS rear already has (just with minor bloated and more muscle look with a garnish). i actually like more what xto and toronegro did with their rears, though i honestly don't like to bring in the whole unit at the paint shop (OT but paint dust will stick to the whole unit; unless i have the time to personally supervise the painting, have the unit covered while painting, etc).

xto...nice rear new look there! by the way, check your spoiler. I got mine from goldrich as well but i was the unlucky one who got not so good quality. my spoiler paint has some defects and while we had a week-long rain last week, chicken-fox like air bubbles came out. when i sent it back to goldrich, they were very kind to replace my spoiler outright. 'hopefully, this time, good quality na! 'just watch out or observe yours.

Anyways, I know this has been asked before but i'm too lazy to back read with my very intermittent dsl connection. Is there a big difference in fuel consumption between the 2.5 and 3.2 engines? this will be my everyday car, city driving.

What's your FC for your montys? Once I get convinced, it's a Silver SE for me this week.

    TIA
    I having SE, 9 months old, the city about 7to 8 Km/L, mix city around 9 to 10 Km/L.....
That some other factor affect the FC like driving habit, tire pressure and weight of your car.....

    Hope it can help you....

I sorry to hear that, my Pajero side mirror lost 2 or 3 times before....

You can buy the side mirror protector at Banawe street, it cost 800 Peso with installation, it made by cast iron, the only problem was, after install the mirror view became less...smaller......

Sirs, thank you all for your replies and comments on the radiator cap issue. Wasn't able to post this reply last night. Really had a nice, worryfree sleep. Again, thanks.

...for me, a beginner on SQ set-up, got my DLS X-Program from LA Cars. I was wanting for DLS RS6A but no stocks available that time and the owner (Amrit) suggested this X-Program which supposed to be more expensive than RS6A but 'got it at the same price only. I think about 9K. Danny is my installer there...great guy with patience.

By the way, the speaker mount on the door would not fit most of the available 2-way seps...hence they need to do some hammering to make the hole bigger. But mild pressure only so don't worry.

please try to read back threads...i posted my hu: JVC AVX826. The most that i like with this hu is that i can control my iphone/ipod from the touch screen panel! my passenger can even watch movies stored on my iphone, especially those that i made with iMovie on iMac. It is a great venue to share photos especially with friends while on the go - slideshow with favorite music on the background!

steering remote doesn't work yet, but Amrit assured me that i should get the interface once out in the market (which is very soon). I am the 6th on the waiting list for that. Winterpine develops the steering remote control, hence there is now an ongoing collaboration between winterpine and jvc for the remote interface. but honestly, it is more enjoyable to play with the touch screen than what the remote can do - which is volume and back-next-ffwd only!
