hertz dsk 165 = 6k bnew (most crucial)
jbl 75.4 = 7 to 7.5k used
JL 10w0 or 12w0, mga 2.5 to 3k used
box and wires mga 2.5k siguro.

pag nakaipon pa bili ng pioneer or alpine HU. gaganda ng new pioneer HU. dami nang features. usb and ipod ready na. starts at 5.4k yung 3050ub.

ikawngaba, DIY lang yan, nagpatulong lang sa mga tropa.

jru120, di ko narin maalala super tagal narin, try to check your 2nd row seats kung nakdikit yung leather sa sidings, hindi ko lang talaga masure kung tama alala ko, model 00 inayos na to, kasi ito ang una nilang inayos sa gen 2.5. parang naaalala ko nilabas nila sa dyaryo na 4x2 models nalang and updated na yung 2nd row seats, again not sure ah , tagal na eh. kung nakadikit 2nd row seats sa sidings niya malaki chance na yan pa yung 4x4 models na unang release. baka meron diyan may 01 model na pajero, paki correct nalang kung tama alala ko, try mo text to " lto vehicle plate no." send to 2600. lalabas kung anong year model/registered. dont worry too much bro, ang baba parin ng tinakbo ng pajero mo. fresh na fresh pa yan for sure.


pajman, sa akin pag naka idle lang, magisa siyang umaandar mga 15 mins ko yata hinitay from cold start, may thermostat siya. aandar siya pag mainit na. mararamdaman mo sa hood scoop may humihigop. try mo rekta yung motor sa battery kung aandar, yung thermostat naka plug sa side ng intercooler, driver side siya. sa thermostat you need a test light para macheck. pagsira turbo mo bro mausok yan and no power.

chilled oxygen, sa pagkakaalam ko glow plug relay yan, yan yung tik sound na maririnig mo kapag nag heater tayo bago mag start. your supposed to hear a tik sa engine bay pag nawala na yung glowplug indicator light.

sir lui, do you still remember kung kailan mga price change ng pajero dati?
I got mine 1.399 oct 1999. nung year feb 2000 yung 4x2 same price parin yata naging 4x2 nalang. yung 4x4 naging 1.8m? tama ba yun? tapos yung ralliart version nung 03 1.6m na nga ba yun? then kailan nga ba tinanggal yung tax sa 4x4? nung nag value based na ang tax up to current 1.8 na, papost naman if you still remember.

nagpalagay ako ng devilsown alcohol injection. i bought it from speedlab at a discounted rate of P9500 (this was during the promo). i had it installed by my mechanic and paid P800 only. Pina-check ko sa speedlab ung gawa ng mechanic ko, they recommended that i change the tubing and hoses para walang singaw daw (which i believe is necessary). Sadly, i paid a whopping P12,000 for only the tubing hoses and labor!

As to the performance, (mine is a 2.5TDIC AT) noticeable ang hatak.

As to the fuel savings, don't notice any (see also threads at 4X4 ph forums regarding the same system). Plus you have to buy your methanol sa alysons QC pa, or a good substitute is denatured from your local hardware at P220/gal. So offset din ung savings.

Lately, i noticed hindi na masyado nababawas (or not at all) ung alcohol-water mixture sa container, I'm not sure kung hindi na umaandar ung pump or what. Before kasi i can actually HEAR the system INJECTING/PUMPING/COMING-ON pag may boost na from the turbo. Ngayon di ko na siya naririnig. You might want to check also the comments of 4X4 users similar to this at 4X4ph club.

Of course, all these are my personal experiences.

Sir PB, san po ma recommend niyo ang magandang price ng sound set-up? Plano ko po mag upgrade. All stock ung nabili kong 2nd hand na paj except the HU na lumang pioneer na may aux for the ipod/mp3 player. May alam po ba kayong nagbebenta ng 2nd hand na HU ung nagupgrade lang kaya gusto na ibenta ung dating HU? nakikimura lang po, hehe!

Salamat po sa inyong sagot! iba kasi yung galing sa owner mismo yung sagot so bale 22k+ inabot nun ser ah.. di po ba puwede yung mga alak? nakita ko po kasi kahit yung emperador puwede. Naku, iyon pa naman ang tanong ko, kung kaya nung system tumagal sa ilalim ng hood katabi o malapit sa isang diesel engine.. init nun panigurado. Baka pupuwede ipalagay sa loob yung system, pero saan naman sa loob?hehe. Tanung-tanong pa muna ako, para maka-siguro bago ako magpalagay.

PB, Thanks sa mga advice mo. May humming sound ako naririnig kapag nasa 80kph na speed but everytime I release the accelerator pedal humming stops. Meron din ba kayong problem na ganito? Thanks

larshell, baka bearings siguro, sa gen 2.5 ko di pa naman umiingay, sa LC80 ng dad ko ganyan nangyayari sa hi way. palit bearings try to listen kung sa harap or sa likod. I'm guessing kung kasabay ng accelerator pedal and naka 2wd kalang baka rear yan. I could be wrong kasi baka di naman sa drivetrain galing. hard to pinpoint pag di naririnig, saan banda yung humming sound? pati yung rear diff oil baka kulang lang. replace every 40k yan. kung tingin mo sa rear diff galing, papalit mo muna diff oils kung sakali mawala. sa gasolinahan less the 500 pesos lang yan.

cougar87, thanks for sharing your experience.. pinag iisipan ko rin kasi maglagay nian sa 4M40 ko.. kaya lang is it really worth the price... i'm planning to replace only the hose with tube kung saan ilalagay yung nozzle para makatipid... anong pinalagay mo.. pre turbo ba yung nozzle? pansin ko sa speedlab parang generic lang yung motor pump, hindi kaya sirain.. additional cost din kasi yung methanol kaya it will just offset what you will save in fuel. but if it will give me a substantial power gain at low rpm parang gusto kong magpalagay din... thanks po ulit..

*zenon - bro mine is pre-turbo 1gph (gallon per hour) and post turbo 2gph. ngayon yata nasa P12500 na ang cost ng kit (1st stage) kung sa speedlab ka magpa-install P3000 petot singil nila for the installation pa lang. Plus ung mga materials na gagamitin like tubings and hoses, un ung malaking charge sakin na inabot nga ng P12k petot!

yung alak basta may alcohol content pwede, pero parang mas mahal kung alak ung papainom mo sa paj mo.. and yes, i spent a good P22K petot for a power gain i thought would make me , lately eto feeling ko sa pinalagay ko na yun parang nanghihinayang ako sa P22k petot, magandang sound set-up na sana un. mas maganda pa nga yata ung recommended washer mod DIY dito..
