peterson, yes mabilis lang din mawala yung ilaw saakin, mga 2 seconds lang, pag hindi mo na naririnig yung TIK sound after mawala yung ilaw. probable na relay na problem, I here the TIK sound 3 seconds after mawala yung ilaw ng glowplug tsaka ko start. and mga 2 minutes after cold engine start naririnig ko uli yung GP relay TIK. pag checkng GP continuity lang using mutimeter.

junerski, yes pwede lagyan ng switch power antenna, look for the antenna wire ng HU mo tap kalang ng switch para di na siya umangat everytime on mo HU. dati binalak ko to, but instead got an Alpine HU, compared to pioneer ang alpine tumataas lang sa tuner mode.


sa mga may ayaw umagat na na antenna but gumagana yung motor, si taz13 naka discover na pwede ang starex antenna and its dirt cheap at 350 pesos.

Sa glowplugs experience ko sa oem di rin tumatagal, I used 2 sets aside from my stock nung bnew, tumagal siya ng 2 years, yung gamit ko ngayon na HTK replacement mas tumagal.

Re- Glow Plugs,I have change my glow plugs for the 2nd time in the span of less than a month. The electrician na tumingin ngayon went thoroughly to the system. Whether it is the high end brand or opposite glow plugs kung may problema ang system mo sisirain pa rin iyan. I just bought the cheaper brand (P180/ea.)USA kuno. This is my 2nd day after repair & I tried starting this morning w/ still a cup of coffee on the other hand, presto one click , of course w/ the help of the chocker.Let your favorite electrician check it extensively, dahil sayang lang kung hindi matutumbok ang root cause.

puwede imodify yan. yung sa antenna ko, ganon ang pinagawa ko. hindi na kasi orig ang pinakabit ko. bumili na lang ako ng replacement antenna sa isang car accessories dealer dito malapit sa amin. pinakabit ko na rin dito sa kanila. sinabi ko sa electrician na gusto ko na sa mast switch niya ikabit yung remote wire ng antenna para pag gusto ko lang itaas ang antenna, doon ko lang sa mast switch icontrol. additional labor cost P150 ang singil niya sa akin.

ilang inches max pwede ilagay sa front speaker mountings ng paj na 3 door? pati sa likod (rear passenger sidings)? balak ko kasi mag-upgrade.

pwede ba or meron na nakagawa sa inyo ng mod na may "on/off" switch ang power antenna natin, yung switch na gagamitin yung mast switch?

nagpalit lang kasi friend ko ng power antenna assembly niya eh ayaw na niya lagi tumataas yun kahit naka cd/aux mode yung HU.... para gagamitin lang kapag naka tuner. pioneer kasi HU niya kaya kahit naka cd/aux nakataas pa rin antenna. (or may mali lang na connection?!? i heard ganun talaga raw mga pioneer?!?)

btw, out of curiosity lang tumawag kami sa casa nasa 13k plus ang power antenna assembly (motor with rod etc) kaya dun na lang kami sa replacement 1200k pati labor na.hehe thanks

ginawa ko eto. series mo dapat ang switch mo sa hot wire (positive line) ng power antenna mo. kasi pag sa negative side, pwede mo lang siya control, say pwede na i-timing mo kung gaano kataas ang kelangan mo. pero pag gusto mo na siya ibaba, kelanangan paangatin mo ulit ng buo ang antenna mast mo, then tsaka mo ibaba.

regarding power antenna, any power antenna ba will do? sang shop din kayo nagpapagawa?

gamit ko na heater plugs ngayun is federal-mogul (165/each). after one day, busted lahat...pinapalitan ko yesterday sa auto supply. ok pa naman ngayun. ewan ko lang kung tatagal. Howto check kung electronics ng heater plug ang sira?

and ano anong brand ng heater plugs gamit nyo ngayun na okay naman?
napansin ko mabilis mawala yung ilaw ng glow plug ko sa panel after mag switch on eh. ganon ba talaga?

The findings are that the cut off or timer that serves the glow plugs are constantly on, so they fixed the timing, the relay sa starter is defective due to prolong starting, they change it, as Im saying also the sensor nadamay so they change it plus new glow plugs( cheaper version), at present still under observation so far okey naman for 2 days early morning start. According to the elect. na hindi basta basta ma ba busted sabay sabay ang glow plugs if the system is workin.

gents, tanong lang ako meron na ba sa inyo na nagpapalit ng torsion bar bushing ng pajero. 4x4 kasi sa akin at kumakalampag na yung bushing na nakahawak sa differential sa harap? magkano kaya ang piyesa? assembly ba ito o puede ba yung bushing lang palitan and magkano kaya?thanks for any information you can provide

gamit ko hkt pm-165 na glow plugs. just last 2 months lang ako nagpalit ng glow plugs kasi 2 oem glow plugs ko busted na. also available sa market is the hkt cp-05 glow plugs. mas mahal eto sa pm-165 pero hindi ko maisip kung ano ang difference niyan sa pm-165.

kung titignan kasi maigi sa internet, ang cp-05 ang direct na replacement sa oem glow plugs ng 4m40 engine

yung osram all weather 100/80 is 450/pc

I'm having a dilemma now. Should I go for high wattage bulbs (which means I will also upgrade my wiring harness) or go stock (Philips Xtreme Power/Osram Nightbreaker; I've tried the XP, waaaay brighter than regular 60/55w halogens)?

Philips XP's are tagged around 1800 a pair.
NB's around 1500.
