Bro - here is the list of front underchassis job done on my rig at motorix last january:
4 Upper Bushing 1200
2 lower ball joint 1900
1 idler arm 2300
1LH axle boot 350
4 axle boot clip 120
4 axle boot 100
1 valvoline grease 180
1 tie rod boot clamp 30
Labor 2400

Mahal nga labor dito pero ok na rin kasi maayos naman gawa nila.

switch to eco yung aircon. yung amin ok lang naman daw ang freon, ano kayang problema nun? e-try ko lang check yung auxillary fan. kung hindi ako nagkakamail, yung aux fan nasa ilalim ng 2nd row seats na black ang kulay ng cover? and kung naka on ang aircon, normally iikot din yun?

Bro - If auxillary fan is damaged such as the motor is stucked-up you will feel the difference of cabin temperature when the car is stalled and when it is running. When the car is not moving (stalled) the temperature is high but when it gain speed the temperature drop.

ok na nga yun kung maayos naman ang gawa at least may peace of mind ka. by the way yung mga parts ba na ginamit mo, orig mitsu or replacement?
also saan ba malapit itong motorix?

hello mga boys, just dropping by to let you know i read this topic every so often. its good to see the familiar names still posting tips, especially to the legendary promdiboy. sir pb, you're a pajero saviour!

is there any way to reduce the heat transfering to the lower console near the clutch? yung parang lalagyan ng barya or toll cards??? kasi pag nagbayad ako sa toll, nagugulat sa init ng barya yung mga cashiers eh. and because of this, i have reason to believe that this heat must also be seeping into the cabin. and since the paj a/c is no blizzard, addressing the heat source may help in lowering the temps a bit.

CB, di nila pinalitan pitman arm? ano difference sa ride nung before after suspension overhaul? share naman,

si PK pala dapat immortal na.

dunno which part your refering to, ashtray ba or yung console sa ilalim ng radio? about sa heat, imho the hotest part sa pajero natin na alam ko is passenger side flooring, dahil nasa ilalim niya yung exhaust. pwede mo palitan ng foam (mabibili sa suking canvass and foam shops, mura lang to, dalhin mo sample yung nabili ko same sa oem, parang pinagtagpi tagpi ng humulmul) yung sa ilalim ng carpet baka kasi super nipis na niya dahil sa tagal, but ako nilagyan ko ng wurth pads flooring ko para mas di uminit sahig. plus pa yung foam na bago.

All parts are replacement - orig 555 (daw

). Motorix is at the corner of Banawe road and Kabignayan street. Its on the side of Banawe between Quezon Avenue and E. Rodriguez.

PB - No - I dont see any pitman arm on the list. Automatic ba yun na dapat palitan?
The difference is heaven and earth as i dont hear those tok, kalabog sound whenever i roll on unpaved road. The steering is bit stiffer too which gave me more control on handling.
