September 4th, 2006 10:13 PM #1282Finally I was able to solve my hard starting, mausok and palyado engine during morning. I had all leaks repaired and the mechanic ( retired mitsubishi plant mechanic residing at Valley Golf ) was able to trace the the problem with a crack cylinder head. Hay gastos na naman but my Pajero is running very smooth now. You can even hear the turbo whistling.

September 7th, 2006 01:24 AM #1287*larshell, I read this on one of the topics here but I just could not find it at the moment. If I remember it right, there is a portion at the bottom of the plastic that is plugged. You remove this by carefully drilling it with a small diameter drill bit and use a syringe to put in MINERAL OIL until it is full. Close the hole by applying a clear silicone sealant.

ahhh. 7k's not bad na.
i noticed na it's a bit noisier na nga. funny thing is, nabawasan nga yung low-end hatak niya, but it still can pull nicely from 80kph on up.
no time to have it checked pa eh, at the moment, we can't have one ride having an extended downtime, busy eh
