Are you off warranty, sir? Tensioner should be covered. If you're off, here are some figures to compare.....eBay has the tensioner at sub $100. Serpentine belt isn't V. It's around $30ish.
Rear suspension damper? KYB 343412 shouldn't be pricey from any local KYB reseller....Or it might be a good opportunity & alibi to grab a set of Koni Special Active???[emoji4]

Going hobo? Don't compromise on bad replacements. Resorcefulness can often yield worthy upgrades for the price of OE.[emoji4]

Already off-warranty (4th year), casa prices with corresponding part number below, labor not yet included.

    2 pc. Rear damper - B45C28910B at 9.1K/pc
    1 pc. Tensioner Belt V - PE0315980B at 10.4K/pc

OEM reseller (Taft) said not to worry about the rear (leaking) shocks, not an immediate concern, but I should replace the tensioner belt V. Reseller said there are two belts to replace, and can't replace just one, has to both, forgot the part's name.

Koni Special Active price I think is still less than the casa one, and appears to be a better option as suggested. However, does this mean I have to modify any? Still on stock, only thing I've replaced so far were the tyres, got a Falken ZIEX ZE914 instead of the Dunlop Sports Max (madali bumukol).

Can you share the details of this Pasay OEM dealer? My 3 is also four years old and I've been hearing some rattling from the front on certain road surfaces. I might not be visiting the casa anytime soon as I plan to have all my oil changes done by Shell.

Koni Special Active dampers, like KYBs, are a direct replacement. No modding necessary.....but, they go very well w/ Eibach Prokit of progressive rates that suck up the small low speed bumps better but firm up upon load. The KYBs are just a small fraction of your quoted OEs.
If you've a leaky tensioner, grab 1 off ebay. Saw em for cheap w free shipping. Note that the secondary belt runs w/o a tensioner. It's a special Stretch-Fit one. Belts should be available outside dealership. If in doubt, bring them around as sample.

Would Shell stations around you have their 5w-30, John sir? Those local to me only carry 40. Dealership oil change cost is fair...no complaints here.

Grab em online, sir. Tire Rack or Auto Anything are reliable Koni dealers. I'm not sure they're stocked locally.

Apparently the Koni Special Active they have in stock is in-sleeve (not sure if I heard it right?) only, will still have to use the OEM cover.

Nothing against online shops, unfortunately I'm not a DIY guy, I always leave it to the experts. Any shop (labor) to recommend?

Suspension shops can easily do this. When in doubt, call PeligRacing +639152894590 or OVTph +639174726847. They'll help you.

I don't think so. I had mine shipped by sea. I think it cost me 6-8k last year.

I also buy my 2004 Mazda 3 parts from Golden Isuzu. Good availability and prices, and the owner really knows his stuff (drives a Jaguar XFR after all hehe).

I think Koni is a rare specie around PH, been googling for the past few days, can't find any locally. Anyway, do you think the new KYB SR Special is compatible being a newer model than Excel-G?

KYB 343412 Excel G will retain the 3's stock ride. The SR, if available for our cars locally, may be firmer.
Try asking Koni PH distributor if the have the phased out FSD 2100-4166. This is the kit Special Active replaced.
