The Mazda6 is classified as a medium like the Accord and Camry. Some compacts are now classified as medium like the Focus, Elantra, Altis, amd Jetta. Not sure about the Civic, I think it is still tagged under light.
However, if buying used, a Mazda6 offers better value over a similarly-priced Mazda3 assuming about the sane age.

Parang hindi naalagan ng maayos looking at the first pic na may bakbak na sa may AC vent and sa dashboard pati yung dent sa pinto. Judging based on the pic only.
Checked its maintenance history...every 6 months lang at mazda alabang. Last maintenance done was june 2019 and the owner already paid around 8k for the maintenance.
Drive test done and everything checks ok. No warning lights except the wrench maintenance minder. Although i hear a little sound coming from the left front suspension when passing small bumps. But on an average pothole its very solid.
Did a full turn test for the cv joints. No knocking sound.. but i feel the car is fighting me at the steering during the turn with a little hard acceleration.
At first I thought the HUD display is not working. The driver of the owner told me that i need to slouch to see it.. but i found there is an adjustment at the infotainment.. did not bother showing him.
I-stop did not light? Is that ok? Aircon is set at the lowest and fan 1. Noticed the compressor is cycling on off.. cools the cabin good even under the sun.
Acceleration is good but i was expecting a crdi like pull. I find the floor mounted pedal weird.. i feel its grabbing my foot when i step.
I also checked that and it looks like its only dirt.. its a little sticky so i think a goo remover can do that. Car is parked on the garage the driver said the gate hit the door while opened.
Engine bay is dusty.. no oil leaks or marks showing heavy work done on the engine.
iStop should light up upon start up unless manually turned off via a button left side of steering wheel. Off it's colored orange on guage panel, while On it is white. Did you feel istop engaging if you stopped while test driving jt?
Low mileage for its age, what is the asking price? I think I've seen this before in the ads.

I stop lit orange and turned off after engine starts. Test drive is within the village and in the morning so I dont think it will be enough to charge the system. Also car is not being used due to ECQ.
How long it will take for the i stop to charge?
Floor mount gas pedal is very drive-by-wire euro. You'll get used to that.
The pictures don't say much, except that it's bone stock & the owner doesn't have OCD. Pluses are the low odo, religious dealership maintenance & its general good shape. The drive will tell you. Let your gut feel dictate.[emoji4]

I prefer a dirty engine bay than a clean one tbh. I see some people have their engine bays pressure washed, big no-no for me. Too much electronics in cars nowadays.
As for the spot by the ac louver, if its sticky, might've been caused by spilled gel air freshener. Those things can melt plastic trim.
Mazda's petrol models are reliable. I won't think twice if the price is right.
If it sounds like "tok", most likely needs a spring insulator. It's like a hose that wraps around the coil-spring at the top.
I suggest you also check the lower arm bushings. If its already torn, you can get replacements for the small and big bushing contrary to what casa says.
