PM'd you a long shot. Have dealership check for clogged lines in your AC system that may cause leaks or moisture accumulation 1st & patiently, repeatedly & thoroughly redo mildew treatment procedure before that intrusive one.
    Hope you'd get it sorted.

did you remove the cabin filter before you sprayed the lysol? And did you spray sa fresh air vent at the bottom of windshield or dun mismo kung san yun location ng cabin filter?

at any rate we're the same, smell is still there, especially during drying the evap stage (yun sinasabi nilang off ac, windows down, and run fan only, sobrang Baho)

Yup, just wanted to know if the display for the the sensors (without the cam image, the one below) can be activated on our local M3s if I get the front sensors installed as well (no reverse cam installed). This one:

    Thanks again!

These kits are mostly from China. Check w/ Louie Anson Ng on both availability & display questions. I have no 1st hand info nor plans of hooking this.

I finally experienced the full left turn "tok" sound. Happens when going up or down an uneven surface like ramps or humps with the steering wheel turned fully on the left.

Ill have this check on my 10k pms.

I'm not so sure if yours is a spring protector issue or this TSB affecting the VINs (Sept '14 & earlier builds) stated below....
UNUSUAL NOISE WHEN STARTING TO MOVE VEHICLE WHILE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED TO FULL LEFT POSITION

    APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINS

    2014-2015 Mazda3 vehicles with VINs lower than JM1BM******233957 (produced Sept. 22, 2014)

    2014-2015 Mazda6 vehicles with VINs lower than JM1GJ******210201 (produced Sept. 22, 2014)

    2013-2015 CX-5 vehicles with VINs lower than JM3KE******531471 (produced Sept. 22, 2014)

Unusual thumping noise from under the front of the vehicle.

This noise only occurs when starting to move the vehicle while the steering wheel is turned to the full left position.

NOTE: The noise will not occur if the steering wheel is in the center or full right position.

The noise is caused when the edge of the left side inner ball joint gets stuck with the steering gear housing.

To eliminate the noise, the shape of the inner ball joint edge has been changed.

Hope you can get back & share findings. Thanks.

Got the Mazda Media Player working! Here is the step-by-step procedure. Just sharing...

    Requirements:
    *Mazda Infotainment (ver 33-56 firmware)
    *Android Phone with:
    -Kitkat version
    -Lollipop Version (preferred, less bug)
    -Marshmallow Version
-phone must have HOTSPOT enabled feature w/ Channel Selection (critical part)
-USB Flash Disk 1GB-32GB only (larger the better)

    Step 0.
    -format flashdisk to FAT32
-make "Movies" folder in the ROOT FOLDER
-paste wanted video files with MP4 files only in the "Movies Folder"
-plug the USB to the Infotainment system USB ports located at the arm rest console box
-remove NAV SD card and other audio mp3s

    Step 1.
-Download Mazda Media Player App here:

Mazda Media Player | Lukasz Skalski | Homepage

-wala sa Google Playstore ung app, so you will have to install it MANUALLY
-or you can download it thru PC or Laptop and paste the apk file on your downloads folder in the android phone (this will need a USB cable for file transfer)

    Step 2.
-Go to Android Phone and enable HOTSPOT, close WIFI and BT
-go to advanced settings and change channel to "11"
-set or follow given username and password

    Step 3.
-Go to Infotainment System and select the tab "Device"
    -uncheck Bluetooth
-once there, click networking and wait until the system detects your android device
-if the infotainment detects the android phone, input password (minsan retry lang ng retry para mgconnect)
-go to your android phone in the mobile hotspot settings and check if ngregister sa devices ung mazda headunit
-write down the IP ADDRESS (sample: 192.168.43.83)

    Step 4.
-Go to android phone, open Mazda Media player
    -input your IP ADDRESS
    -click "Check Connection Status"
-the box will turn GREEN once connected

    Step 5.
    -Navigate to watch movies
-click the "test option" if you want (you should see the color lines in your car headunit monitor)

    Step 6.
-audio will work thru Bluetooth , choose BT mode function
-go to infotainment system, choose devices tab, check Bluetooth (enable also your Phone's Bluetooth and pair it to the infotainment)

Enjoy! Laking tulong sa mga may chikitings. Panglaban sa traffic!

PS. I can send you the APK file ng Mazda Media Player.

Thank you sir! I'm still torn between getting OEM or aftermarket 18's. Which would you suggest?
