Painful sight....good thing it's only the plastic part. Quick professional touch up can make it go unnoticed, Joseph sir. In the meantime, try some rubbing compound & wax after. It should look better.
PRC should revoke the license of that building's architect.*#$%^&*
I agree with you sir revoking the licensed of that d*mn architect. Imagine this
i have driven with almost 15years of my old honda civic never had
an issue with parking in metro manila and the first time i entered this condominium driveway right away
had a scratch! i mean all those 15 years never had an issue and one day just like that. in two month time
i had 3 minor scratches in my old car in different parts due to maze like parking slot. never looked so noob in my entire life that time.
and the admin is still in the process of decision to demolish unnecessary center aisle.
I assure you, it's not diminished skills with age, sir.![]()
Building & design codes are there to be followed & properly implemented. Management can be held liable for damages arising from code violations....
Want those stoopid center curbs removed???? Perhaps a Mown3r lawyer can extend a hand here????![]()

pahingi po ng number ng SA sa alabang or sta. rosa.
nahihirapan ako maghanap sa previous posts.
pila pa din po ba para sa M3?
Thanks!
Let's go off-topic a bit....
Visited the dealership today & was shown the product I asked about awhile back...
Why????
Coz 1 of the biggest issues with direct injection engines is carbon build up on the intake valves & head.
Whether that cleaner/fuel additive{long been available in other countries) can really help or just be some placebo, a bottle every 6mos or oil change is neglible expense that could push back that costly & tedious inevitable...walnut media blasting.
Carbon build up on direct injection engines has plagued the Germans, Nippons & Kimchis alike....
Mazda determined that this was largely due to the intake valve being too cool. With the Sky engine, a lot of analysis went into designing the heat paths away from the valves to keep them at the proper temperature to avoid deposit formation. To eliminate the problem of intake valve deposits, Mazda geniuses determined that deposits are formed when intake valve temperatures fall below 400°C. Measures were taken so that the intake valve would operate above this point to reduce deposit formation....
But....how about those who just take short trips?...Let's hope that cleaner will serve more than just placebo. Grab a bottle, at the very least, every PMS. So goes that Ben Franklin cliche...an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Excuse the 'Nipplish' here:

Thanks again for the nice info sir travs. Btw who are you in the fb group?
How do i get the ip address of my infotainment?
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Hello sparcom sir, justdiy can't seem to chime in, but here's his message:
"Sir, what are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to remove touch disability when car's moving? Just curious.
I think you can see the ip address of your mazda by connecting it on your cellphone, laptop or router then if connection is successful, look for the mazda's ip add from the wifi source.
Havent tried this yet."
Better to just fill up with premium fuel since they contain cleaning additives already.
This 'alchemic' product is priced * P700+ here....From what I gathered, prices on OE parts & stuff may vary with different dealerships. Please ask & share for us to compare. Thanks.
If you've seen carbon build up, how hard it really is from all that accumulated varnish....you'll doubt these magic mechanics in cans can actually do anything....Well, they won't harm any & should have some benefit....how much benefit? Your guess is as good as mine. There are those who swear by em. Popular ones are BK44, Sea Foam & Techron.
Perhaps early regular use could retard the build up rate some & push back the need for major walnut blasting further down....Fingers crossed & prayers thrown.
Below is a scoped view of how dirty a regularly serviced, normally used sub 40k km DI engine valve can get...
