    1. Full headlight assembly swap (aftermarket that looks like the OEM 2.0L variant with DRL)
    - This is my preference in terms of looks but not very much improvement daw in terms of performance at twice the price
    2. HID retrofit
    - Half the price of option 1 and ok ang performance daw. I'm just worried about opening up the headlight and going back for backjobs for the moisture. Looking at either Redline or GaryQ Stage 2.

Any suggestions? Specially for those who have already took the plunge with either route. Thanks!
The simplest route? I'd upgrade bulbs to the likes of Philips Xtreme Vision & be done w/ it.[emoji4]

Mine is 2017 so I got LED fogs. Watch some youtube reviews of the philips extreme.. A leap ahead the OE halogen. With that light output I wonder how long would it last.

Try LED Lights PH. Here's one sample installation they did for a Mazda3. Plug n' play LED lights, low risk on damaging OEM headlight system.

2017 Mazda 3 LED Lights Ph

I got my 2017 Mazda3's reverse light converted to LED, costs ₱600. They also sell LED light bulbs for the rear plate number.

My experience with Extreme (H7, H11) is around 2yrs working life. So definitely less life than standard OEM halogens which in my case is still working after 6years and counting but yeah you also get better visibility with Extremes. The lifespan will also depend how much night driving you do.
