Are the KBFs lighter than stock? Do they have 17s?

They're lighter than stock 18s. Not sure if available in 17s. The lighter Titan model should be.

Thanks bai! My tires will be 5 years old in a few months. Makapal pa at less than 40k mileage pero don't want to keep them beyond 5 years. Sabay ko na change rims and tires.

Don't want to compromise the ride too much hence the 17s. The wife wants 18s though. As long as they're lighter than stock. We'll see 2014 Mazda 3

If the tire is more than 6 years from its production date (code printed at the tire sidewall), regardless of mileage and thread thickness, it's best to have it replaced. Replacing it 5 years from the production date (not from the date the tire was purchased) is also good especially for a country with hot and humid climate.

What brand of tire are you planning to buy sir?

Lighter is key. Want reasonably priced grippy, low noise & comfy tires? Check Aeolus AU04. Many are happily on em.2014 Mazda 3

If the price difference is not that painful I'm partial to Turanzas. They made my crappy old Lancer quieter than I believed possible. I'll put Aeolus on the shortlist

Try to consider Yoko Advan Fleva V701 (UHP tire) - 67db noise rating, 300 treadwear, traction AA, Temp A

There are a lot of good high performance tires out there. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 is bang for buck. For those who want good proven performance w/o the Tier1 tire cost, look into the AU04. (UTOG 350 AA A)....Oh, not a vendor. Just sharing a worthy find.
