Guys baka may alam kayo mabibilhan ng fog light assy. at roof rail ng KIA carens. My carens is 2011 model. Please help me guys! Tnx!

Ang Rail ko nabili sa Thule pero yung basket ay isang maayos na brand na binebenta sa banawe. Maayos pa rin hanggang ngayon almost 6 yrs later.

nothing much with this model. got myself same model, ex crdi. purchased last 2012. just replaced the transmission support. symptoms was a knocking sound in front. other than that, all issues were easy to manage.

merong club carens pero i think di na masyado active members doon. but you can still read old post there and you will still learn a lot in there. pwede ka naman din dito mag-post since may mga members doon na andito rin. madami ka rin matututunan dito as well just like me, i always read post at club carens and at the same time here also.

Also experienced knocking sound at front when I first bought my 2008 A/T Carens. Mechanic just tightened the bolts that connects the front shocks to the body. Voila! No more knocking sound.

hey guys may kilala ba kayong kia specialist? need to have some stuff done on my 08 carens kasi. minor engine maintenance/egr cleaning and some suspension checks as well. baka lang you can suggest a place? mejo di na makatarungan ang service/gastos sa casa eh. thanks a lot

May nakapagpalit na ba ng A/C Compressor Pulley Bearing? Matagal ba itong gawin?
Yung sa Carens ko kasi mayroon konting ingay at ang sabi ng casa ay kelangan palitan yung Compressor Pulley Bearing.
My Carens is 1 1/2 year old with 14000K on the odo.

Kapapalit ko lang ng A/C compresssor Pulley last March 8. Est. more or less half-day kasi yung freon kelangan alisin muna tapos recharge.

P6,995 part + P3,000 labor. May discount na 25% parts and 20% labor nung nagpagawa ako pero up to March 10 lang yun. Sa Wheels E. Rod ko pinagawa.

27000+ km. Parang yung A/C pulley ang madalas na nasisira sa Carens.

mga sir eto ba yung umuugong? magkano kaya ito outside the dealer? our carens is almost 2 1/2 years old with 51k kms. thanks

Eto yung maugong, lumalakas ang ugong pag tinatapakan ang accelerator pedal.
I have no idea sa cost outside the dealer. Nagpalit ako sa casa under warranty.

Nasa warranty pa ang Carens mo, 2 1/2 yrs old pa lang. Papaitan yan free-of-charge.

Did u try to check with KIA, kung pwede i-claim ng warranty?
If not... ask their quote on parts + labor for the Compressor Pulley Bearing replacement.

Then try to source and look for an experienced mechanic, I think there are good mechanics out there.

Mag back-read ka na lang sa thread na ito, marami kang makikitang recommended shops/mechanic to have your Carens fixed.

Ask ko lang po. May auto tensioner po ba ang makina? Naisip ko lang baka auto tensioner yung problema hindi yung compressor pulley/bearing.

Noong dinala ko sa Casa para i-complain yung maugong na ingay, yung mga Mechanic alam na agad nila ang cause... common problem kasi yan, caused by the faulty compressor pulley bearing.

After the replacement, nawala na yung ugong.

I read somewhere that Kia Carens Engine oil capacity is near 5.9L
Try putting in additional 0.9L

malakas naman humatak (mk3 2007-2012), baka marumi na air filter, egr or fuel filter, but if you compare it sa gasoline fed cars, malayo talaga yung difference


OT: Can someone please help me get the part number of the front struts left and right, at kung nagpalit na kayo, saan po kayo bumili and how much, thanks!
