    Pare, mas maayos pa ang 4JH1 ('05 D-Max engine) 130HP nga lang.

    May rumors, but wala pang pumunta sa amin for repairs unlike innova, hiace, hilux and some fortunners na marami na kaming napalitan ng HP3 pumps. Its either not true or sinsagot ng Isuzu/Denso ang cost.

    Ok naman ang 4JHI but calibration (rebuilt/exchange Zexel VP44 same as for the Patrol) of its fuel pump is 250% more expensive than that of a Denso HP3.

    Considering power, noise reduction, response and efficiency I would choose the J1.

    I agree. Lalo na dun sa "ingay" observation, mas maingay nga yung 4JH1 kesa sa 4JJ1-TC.... alam na alam ng kapuitbahay na dumating ka na at na ISUZU sasakyan mo.

    Non-commonrail. Yung 4JH1 turbo lang but non-commonrail din.

    As I was writing this thread may nagiwan ng Alterra for turbo repair, paglabas ko nagulat talaga ako. Strange coincidence

    Seems that turbo ang mahina sa alterra since may alterra kami oil sa turbo ang complain.

    200thousand na 4jg2, baka brandnew never been used at naka engine crate. Pwede

    How can you tell that turbo is working
    Need ba meron talaga something na sounds (whinggggggg)
    Di ko kasi notice sa turbo ko yung soundsss ng turbo..
    la naman leak..
    how can i check tha my turbo is working..
