Bad trip talaga nung inofferan kami ng 700k. At mas bad trip nung outright sinabi na wala silang maipapahiram na unit after naming isoli yung unit without even batting an eyelash (sorry bading term hehe). Kung maayos ka na customer service personnel, you would at least offered to check if you have an available unit --- kahit sabihin na nating labas sa ilong at wala naman talaga silang balak magpahiram. But at least, they should've made their customers feel na they emphatize with the problem caused by the unit bought from them. Hay, umuulan ng kamote sa Hyundai Otis talaga...

grabe naman diyan sa OTIS, kung swertehin ka ba naman oh,.. yan tlaga yung isang risk in buying new cars, well for the CRDi unit nman so far yung problems with the aircon i experienced it once, shutting the engine off and switching it on solved it. then hindi na ulit nangyari pa ulit. mukang noise issues yun sa mga electronics. pero overall satisfied kami sa crdi na GL.
if given the chance just swap your lemon unit to a crdi GL. yun nga lang mag dadagdag kayo since may price difference sila.

On my part, this is a thread about "Issues sa Tucson 2010" and what we are experiencing is definitely an issue on Tucson. This is just to inform that there is a problem with a certain Tucson unit and Hyundai should do something about it otherwise people will be turned off from buying their products.
There are certain things about our problem with our unit that I opted not to disclose but definitely the stalling episodes and the incompetency of Hyundai Otis personnel are worth ranting about publicly.
