regarding sa pagdadala ng sariling oil on your pms...after change oil at naka-encounter ng issues/problems ang engine ng unit mo...can these be used by casa as an excuse to void our engine warranty?![]()
this is for crdi, ilang liters of oil naman yung sa gas variants ng tucson? 4-6 liters? grabe pala, super high maintenance ang tucson.
5 Liters lang sa Theta II engines.
Semi Synthetic or Fully Synthetic will do.
Old Santa Fe 6 liters lang... Meron pa kaya nyan? I heard last time meron pa ring mga stocks pero di ko sure kung meron pa now...
As I've posted earlier, 5 Liters lang sa Theta II.
Pwede yung Motul H-Tech 5W-40..

*SG - bro thanks uli don sa motul, nice meeting you...pa raffle mo na lang yung sticker, he he he![]()
Kung maaayos pa nila yang issues ng Tucson mo pwede mo pa ibenta yan sir.![]()
Goodluck sir! Just short related stories on this: we handled 2 cases before na medyo similar sa situation nyo, the cases dragged on for several months (haay Pilipinas).
1. One of the manufacturers offered settlement (repair and change of the defective parts, extension of warranty and reimbursement of legal fees). Our client decided to accept this na lang para wala ng sakit ng ulo. In addition, we demanded that the PM costs for the duration of the warranty be waived which they accepted plus the client also got the premium upgrade.
2. In the other case, the client insisted on the return of the whole purchase amount -the manufacturer/dealer finally did after several months - umabot pa ata ng taon. Pero pahirapan talaga, we even wrote a strongly-worded letter to the President of the Company's Head Office abroad, threatening to inlcude them in the suit.
Point ko lang sir is be prepared that this will drag for a long time. They will offer a settlement, I'm sure of that so just think about what you will accept or be firm that your original demand -return of the purchase amount - is met.
Just my 2 cents and unsolicited kwento.
