yung HU ba na meron kayo 2 DIN na touch screen, ipod ready, at may TV tuner?

kelan kaya labas ng grand starex ang hari? ano kaya stereo ng starex vgt? my brother's grand starex vgt which he bought from standout has an ordinary radio cassette player. will hari change this hu just like the current grx which has a jvc hu? what other changes will the hari starex have? i'm wondering how is the seating arrangement of the 8 seater grand starex. the models which standout brought are mostly 11 seaters with 2 3 3 3 arrangement. if we remove i row then the arrangement will be 2 3 3 which is 8 seater and not 9 seater.

wala pa po final spec regarding sa seating configuration. regarding sa HU im sure papalitan nila un ng may cd na po

post ko agad ung final spec kapag nilabas na po ng hari

i just saw kanina ... a white NEW design starex sa Shaw blvd going kami pareho sa Shangri-la... no plates pa. Maganda naman...even the view from the rear makes more intriguing than the hyundai grace hehehe

grabe mahal ng CRDi ng new grand Starex. it will really make you think to get the same price Santa Fe na lang. naka-suv ka pa.

although I find the new grand starex so elegant-looking, i'm sure in the long run hindi ako mag-eenjoy drive-in yan daily. mahaba eh. from the looks of it longer pa sya sa chevy venture/kia sedona tapos mataas na malapad pa. pang-driver dapat yan van na yan. hirap i-park nyan.

i very much agree. a big car and long body car tapos hindi CRDi. yan ang parusa to the max sa daily driving.

when I used to drive my long body non-CRDi strada, pag pasok sa garahe talagang natutulala ako sa loob ng car lalo na kung heavy rush hour traffic ang pinagdaanan o kaya long trip . my body just shuts off bec. of the pagod. tapos ang kukulit pa ng mga sakay ko, tatanungin pa kung ano pa daw pine-petiks petiks ko sa loob. yun pala kaya mainit ulo nila, hirap din sila as passengers. kasi nga sobrang torque ng makina tapos mahina usad.

sayang parang masyadong overpriced... plan ko pa naman sana yan

... kaso at that price I am inclined to buy me an midsize SUV (like the fortuner or alterra) or the 4x4 Hilux that I am really in love with and kung merun pang "sukli" I'll reserve it for other goodies.

Kaya yata mahal kasi LWB siya eh. Hindi ko lang alam kung bakit wala yung SWB eh parang sa korea meron na. Baka inuubos ang CRDi starex na old model? Any info lui? Malapit na ko mangailangan ng van ha.

A/T 10 Seater 1,368,000 <--- why is there a P170,000 difference just for the A/T version?

GOLD A/T 10 Seater P 1,768,000 <=== why is there no 'base model' A/T CRDi version that is also a 10 Seater? The next cheapest variant that is A/T is the GLS and that is P160,000 more than the base CRDi M/T variant....

I want an A/T but the CRDi versions dont sound like good value for money to me. So Im stuck with the old TCi variant but those engines are ancient and the transmission is only 4-speed!

I wonder if it comes in beige interior? We're planning to buy an M/T model... yung CRDi na 10 seater or 9 seater kung meron man... Sana naman kahit mahal yung price worth naman sana bilin yan, lagyan nila ng mga DVD, sunroof, beige interior, and other nice stuffs...

BTW.. wala na bang 9 seater? Sana yung Korean versions nalang nilabas nila dito para walang problema at walang 2nd thoughts sa pagbili kahit mahal kasi maganda version ng Grand Starex nila. Hehe!

yes sir inuubos nalang po ung current GRX. actually ilan nalang po ung manual na GRX. matic po medyo marami pa. regarding po kung may SWB d ko pa masabi wala pa po kasi binibigay na info ang HARI

Kung ung pinaka mahal na model is may Sunroof Leather dual airbag at Curtain airbag DVD with wireless headphone tpos nka-ESP pa Wow! khit 1.8 Million pa yun worth it na sa safety pa lang panalo kna tpos ung makina pa na CRDI VGT worth it na yun pra sakin. Sna may 4x4 pra pang harabas talaga haha!

also dropped by Standout Motors in Valencia. I saw that the Grand Starex has an AUX port for ipods and other mp3 players. also the 1-DIN AM/FM Cassette tape HU is ipod/mp3 player ready, the tape button also functions as the AUX button. the aircon is also cold and strong, and the engine, is more quiet than the outgoing starex. i rev the engine and you can hear the whistle of the turbo even at low RPM speeds.

it is also possible that the GLS variants will recieve the 2-DIN AM/FM CD MP3 with AUX function and auto climate control HVAC. the mid spec CVX variant in Standout has those features.

Im really excited with the Grand Starex CRDi specs and stuff... sana maglabas na ang HARI sa October!!! At para if ever... sa December or January maiharurot naaaaa! Wahahaha! Sana babaan nyo din ang price ng 10 seater variants... wish ko lang. =p
