Hmmmn. Ive never really driven an ecosport so I can't comment with that lag during acceleration. Base lang sa mga reviews ang D mode ng ecosport ay talagang makupad but different with S mode. Siguro ang argument dito ay ang klase ng pag drive at posible ngang mas efficient and 1.6L since you wont need to floor the pedal to get the speed you need specially in an overtaking situation. Pero pag heavy traffic siguro iba ng usapan.

Hindi ko natry ung S mode kahit na pinapatry nung SA. Parang hindi sulit kasi paikot lang ng moa yung route during the test drive.

Yup, sana yung test drive ng EcoSport sa MoA ginawa nalang yung buong stretch ng Ocean drive like how they did it sa AutoFocus last year.

ETA is on the night of March 28. So, expect showroom traffic the following day.

FYI, Makati Ford is different from the old Ford Makati in Pasong Tamo extension. Different owner, different culture.

If the Ecosport Ecoboost version arrives in the country, expect the price to bump up a bit. Plus side, fuel economy should be better while retaining good power from the engine.
