IF FORD GLOBAL IS ALLOWING DEALERS TO CHARGE DI HAVE THIS TO BE REFERRED TO DTI. THIS VIOLATES THE SRP POLICY.
IF FORD GLOBAL DO NOT HAVE ANY HAND ON THIS DI SCHEME, WILL SUGGEST TO THEM TO CUT ALLOCATION TO DEALERS CHARGING DI's.
IN GENERAL THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR FORD GLOBAL.
The bank will let you choose BUT the dealer will kick you to the back of the queue
Update on my lady friend: she went to Honda and reserved a CRV. No questions asked, no B$![]()
Anybody from Globe Global here who can validate if they have a blessing to allow Dealers to charge bullshit Dealers Incentive?
Dealers Incentive. Guest it is an incentive for selling units of Ford. This should not be charge to customer but instead to be claimed by Dealer to the Manufacturer for selling their product.
For those dealers who charge DI magisip isip na kayo!Pagnanakaw ang nais nyo gawin sa maduming paraan. car buyers should ask the dealers kung bakit sila nag charge ng DI and if their reason is because of supply and demand.

calling some lawyer who can enlighten more about this kind of transaction if there is a law regarding this matter.
Good luck with that. Hugas kamay ang casa dyan. Onting reprimand sa agents then tuloy ang ligaya. That's what happened to the Toyota 86. It got so bad that the big bosses had to publicly admonish the erring dealers.
The Ecosport is IMO a good product and I would get one if I was shopping for a car right now. It's the stealers, este, dealers that are the problem. Wala pa kasing alternative. The Hyundai/Kia/Mazda small SUVs are still one to two years away.
One of our old-timer tsikoteers also ran into the DI B$ when he was deciding between the Ranger and the BT50. Guess what he bought?
If I really want one I guess I'll just wait until they start offering discounts because sales are slowing down after the initial feeding frenzy. Parang celfone lang din yan. The early adopters get robbed for the chance to be the first in their berks to get the latest. They also get all the V1 bugs. After 1 week bagsak presyo. Patience lang. It's a buyers' market.
If it will be bank financing.. I am sure the bank will require the borrower to have insurance.. preferred by the bank.. since in reality the vehicle will be owned by the bank until fully paid with interest.. so it should be insured all thruout the financing...
but you have the option to choose what insurance company you would want provided that it should be comprehensive and covers that amount based on the standards of the bank... the only thing that the borrower can control is the premium for the insurance
but the coverage must comply with the banks requirement.... I have seen some insurance companies give out smaller premiums with same coverage similar to what the bank requires.. so its best to look around which will give the best premium with same or better coverage
boycotin na naten to, wag tayo kumuha ecosport hanggat di tinatanggal DI. Walang sense SRP kung may DI.
Ford Global quotes me with the SRP. Dealers should follow the SRP posted in Ford official website and should quote at least the SRP or price it lower. Go to another dealer if they price higher than the SRP. Btw, my quotation comes with SRP + LTO and Insurance.
I just called Ford Greenhills and Global City, meron din sila dealer incentive. 5% sa GH, 3% sa Global.
Oo nga, wala tayo magagawa sa mga stealers, este dealers nang ford. Kaya patience is a virtue, hintay-hintay lang. May araw din sila. Karma is a bitch ika nga!

Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
Ford Pampanga wala naman sinabing may DI sila... BUT... you should get the insurance (30K) and huper optik tint (26K) sa kanila. Also, LTO is at 11K.. Ayos di ba?
Kaya hanap-hanap din ng ibang dealer kapag may time... Kapag wala nang time, bumili ng iba pero masama nga lang loob. Hahaha![]()
Talked with the SA this morning about this DI... I asked her if there is really a DI... She said that for cash buyers its SRP.. Plus 11k LTO... Thats it... No dealers incentive.... But if you will do bank financing... There will be DI of a certain percentage depending on which dealer.. But for this specific dealer she said that its 2%... It will be added to the financing cost from the bank.. So it migt be spread out on the monthly amort. Plus of corse you need to add insurance cost.... For IHF.. Its not shown but is already part of the monthly amort
