What I haven't experimented is if you don't have the key nearby and the explorer is locked, can someone open the lid of the gas filler?.... Because if anybody can open that lid, then it's worth buying the gas tank cover lock. Anybody checked on this?

Yes, the cover is mechanical that can be easily open from the outside , no remote needed. The lid that covers the entrance of the gas tank is just spring loaded. Try to insert the plastic gas funnel and it'll go through. That being said, next thing taong walang magawa eh slide a hose to siphon the gas or throw in some dirt or something. Now your in trouble.

it's about 5,900 set of 4pcs inclusive of installation sa Ford Alabang . I checked it & chicken out kasi
almost a third ang hindi nya covered dahil sa lapad ng tire.

foresterx should be look like this. This is an OEM mudguards. I believe its the rear.

Sana meron din tayo mapagkuhanan ng rear bumper protector... To avoid scraping the top of the bumper when loading things into the cargo area....

My mistake this is for the front. The rear mudguards has a Ford logo.

btw saw a white ford explorer sport here in california, all i can say is wow. btw it is cheaper than the limited here in the states which actually surprised me. $28,870 is the starting price for the sport while for the limited the starting price is $37,855.

Prostee sa ngayon wala pa kasi mga accessories para sa unit natin bago pa kasi. But if you really want those try to check in ebay. If you want the 3M clear bra better visit foilacar. They will do it. May warranty kapa.

i don't really plan to buy any accessories since i rarely keep my car for more than 3 years, actually i really like the explorer and thinking about keeping it for atleast 5 years as long as it doesn't give me any headache. the only thing i would probably buy is the mud guard and of course convert my headlights to HID. another reason for me to not buy anything for the explorer is my wife.:bwahaha: i was supposed to buy the legacy wagon kasi instead of the explorer and told my wife if i buy the cheaper legacy in the long run it will be just as expensive or even more expensive as the explorer because she won't be able to stop me from buying accessories for that car, but if we buy the explorer instead i'd keep it stock. kaya yan pag bumili ako ng kung ano ano accessories para sa explorer yari ako.:bwahaha:

Haha, good bargaining agreement. But you can argue, 'honey can I buy you a bumper guard so that you won't scratch the bumper when you load the groceries'?... hehehe

dahan-dahanin ko muna siguro since kakabili lang namin nung explorer, antay muna ako mga ilan months bago bumili mga accessories if ever. parati naman ako pumupunta ng states kaya ok lang.
