Exercise strenuously. It release endorphins that will make you feel happy, at least body chenically
drink alone in my room, but just to be tipsy, not really drunk. actually alcohol makes one depressed even more, but what the heck.
if that didn't work the following day, run a few kilometers or lift weights, or go spend an hour with a high-end escort.
