They do have some that are defiently not the real deal, It's a mixed lot with those guys. They also have some that are made in Malaysia which the quality is way below the US made Fleetguards.
This is not normal Fleetguard quality. But this is what they have for that filter. I would stick with the Baldwin, OEM or Bosch vs these. If the Fleetguard does not say made in USA or other major country above the filter install diagram I just avoid them all together. The low quality filters will not have any country of origin on them. The Pacer guy came on the forum but could not answer the problem with the quality of the filters we questioned.
The overflowing non standard glue is very disturbing.

Thank you sir dvldoc, we will be careful when purchasing fleetguard especially to differentiate genuine ones from fake ones. I wonder if Cummins philippines are also selling those oil filters for vehicles.

^ That is why it is interesting that ones Foton(I think) has established their dealership they may expand their business by asking for Cummins to make them designated sellers of Fleetguard filters.

just bought a couple of BT223 and B1402 from Volmax.
as per the salesman, no more fuel filter for the 4d56/4m40 engine as of the moment.
