Hi mga sirs, malaki ba ang FC difference ng LS A/T & M/T? Eto kasi ang pinagpipilian ko pag nag-apply ako ng Auto Loan ako sa NOV.

1. FC = 6 - I still think the 1.8 engine is having a hard time. Hence, FC suffers.
2. Performance = 8- Same comment.
3. Handling = 9
4. Aircon = 8- Because outside air still enters intermittently.
5. Spaciousness = 9
6. Stereo sounds = 8- Needs a little more bass and clarity.
7. Driving comfort = 9
8. Cost of ownership = n/a
9. Dealer's customer service = 8
10. Customer satisfaction = 9

Good day mga Sir/Ma'am.. Newbie po. Nagtest drive ako last week, tanong ko lang kung meron ba kayo naririnig pag nag-full turn, either left or right, sa bandang gulong siguro yun, pag yung sagad ang pihit ng steering? Ano kaya yun? Bale wala lang ba yun? TIA.

You will always get a little more gas mileage with an MT.

I think he's referring to the "hissing sound" kapag fully turned ang steering wheel. An aircraft mechanic friend of mine told be before not to overdo it para daw hindi masayang yong "something" (i forgot the term he used) at ikabig daw kaagad pabalik.

Normally when you try to turn your steering wheel on a maximum turn, you'll sometimes hear some hissing sound caused by the power steering pressure. Imagine a burst of fluid flowing on a hose/pipe while turning/steering your steering wheel.
So, to take care of your power steering and to avoid $$$bucks of repair for a very small leak, always try to return it to normal or straight angle to minimize the flow or pressure from your power steering..

If by hissing sound sir you mean yung parang umuugong, yun na nga siguro yun. Tried a car with 1,600+km odo reading (A/T), mas malakas yung tunog compared sa 35km lang na reading (M/T). Normal wear and tear?

This is an update to the update.

I finally consumed my tank of Silver Techron with a final ending average FC of 13.2 L/100 km (7.6 km/L) up from an initial average FC of 14.3 L/100km (7 km/L), PURELY CITY driving.

Compare this with my average FC of 12.5 L/100 km (8 km/L) with Gold Techron.

Not much difference.

What is your tire pressure?. So far Im now getting avg 14L/100km using Petron extra. Purely city driving with bumper-to-bumper traffic.

My tires are inflated to 34 PSI, cold. We don't experience bumper to bumper traffic here in the province. Usual scenario is you're following a tricycle on a narrow lane at 20 to 30 kph and lots of stop and go in intersections.
