ask ko lng mga ka cruzers, wala bang manual na pang open ng compartment?.. Before ka magparking sa mga malls you need to open first the compartment before entry, so i need to close the engine first before ko ma open compartment.

I’ve been reading this thread for two weeks now and confirmed my choice to get Cruze. Got my Cruze at Chevy Pasig last Tuesday (9.7.10). Anong accessories na magandang unahin kaya na available na dito sa Pinas? May idea ba kayo about sa size ng nuts/bolts ng wheel natin? Planning to get one na yung may lock kasi para mas secured.

nag-o-auto lock ba ang doors ng cruze kahit at rest? bothered kasi ako dito, yung dating car kasi, nagla-lock siya, e makakalimutin kasi ako. haha. yesterday nung nagpark ako sa trinoma, nasa loob na ako ng mall pero bumalik pa ako just to check kung talagang na-lock ko ba yung car. haha.

how will i know kung activated ang anti-theft alarm? gusto ko kasi marinig, hindi lang basta yung blinking ng LED indicator. gusto ko malaman how responsive. kasi i tried na sipain yung gulong pero hindi nag-alarm kahit medyo malakas na. haha

You can open your comartment when your doors are unlock sir. Once you press the unlock button located on your dashboard all your doors, trunk and gas cover will also be unlock. So whenever the guard ask you to open your comapartment, just unlock then lock lang po. But sometimes the guard cant seem to find the compartment button to open it or doesnt know its already open..

unlock mo lang all doors. kasama na dun yung compartment. some guards alam nila buksan yung likod.but some dont. i-munstra mo na lang na may pipindutin to those who doesn't know.

What do you mean when at rest sir? Idling or enginw off?
When the engine is idling, the doors will not lock even for a long period of time, unless its been lock from the outside via remote, spare key or driven forward with distance required for its auto-lock features.
And once you turn-off the engine and locked your car via remote and accidentally pressed the unlock button with your remote, it will never engage auto-lock unlike any other alarms we have now a days..

I think once you press the lock button of your car remote, it engages the immobilizer feature and the anti-theft alarm device of the car.
It will trigger it by breaking some windows or picking the door locks..
I think our Cruze is not that sensitive to trigger the alarm and im not sure if our cruze has this control to change the alarm sensitivity as well.

yup, nakapatay din yung engine Sir. sayang naman. mas magandang control yun na nala-lock siya kahit patay makina and perfect example is kapag accidentally naiwan mo na hindi na-lock kapag nasa public place ka. anyway, thanks sir! kita ko nga pala photos ng cruze mo, ang gwapo! pati accessories! dami nga sa ebay sabi mo, hanap lang ng pinakamababang offer + shipping cost.

This is an update to the update.

I finally consumed my tank of Silver Techron with a final ending average FC of 13.2 L/100 km (7.6 km/L) up from an initial average FC of 14.3 L/100km (7 km/L), PURELY CITY driving.

Compare this with my average FC of 12.5 L/100 km (8 km/L) with Gold Techron.

Not much difference.

This is an update to the update to the update (of my FC).

Today, Sunday, I took off early morning for an out of town trip. I had the highway all to myself for almost a hundred kilometers. I was running on Petron Unleaded 93 Octane with an average speed of 75 kph (range: 60 to 110 kph).

My FC was 6.4 L/100km (15.6 km/L). (Pure highway)

Not bad. Not bad at all.

Then after the 100km stretch, I travelled for an additional 40 kms but this time it wasn't uninterrupted highway driving. There was about 20 kms of tortuous mountain roads and the rest of the distance I encountered road repairs, etc.

That gave me a final FC of 7 L/100km (14.3 km/L). (Highway plus mountain roads.)

Still not bad.
