Epats : Great post ! It really is very informative and convincing to prospective buyers.

Your ODO reading is on what numbers already ? If it's still under 1K, expect better fuel economy after your 1K PMS.

And, please do update regarding your fuel consumption, highway & city driving. PMS costs too. It will surely help others.

Congratulations ! Share some pics, too.

    *Epats:

Speaking about tire pressure... When I checked mine, it was 40 all around. Binawasan ko agad. tsk tsk these guys from casa.

Recommended PMS is every 10,000Km or 6 months. That's what the service manager told me. However when i read the manual it says 5,000km naman. I'll just bring it in on 5,000km which i'm sure will exceed 6 months. di ko pa masyado ginagamit eh. walang plaka. I'll update you then guys on the cost of maintenance. basta wag nyo ko pagtawanan ha kung masyado mahal.

Bro it's okay to use kahit walang plaka. Bago naman talaga yang Cruze eh. Kaming mga Tucson owners nagkaka problem din sa plate numbers. Pero nakarating kami ng Subic nang walang plate number

as in pati yung "Hyundai Dasma" inalis ko hehehe

Congrats pala sa Cruze mo sir. I Hope mag enjoy ka sa car

I was able to see the red LS display unit sa SM North EDSA.. Spacious naman yung rear seats niya ..

Although alanganin yung position ng console box sa gitna.. I'm 5'7'' so tinry ko i-adjust yung seats sa preferred normal driving position ko, and ang hirap abutin nung console box..

Also medyo natatakpan ng steering wheel yung instrument panel.. Sanay kasi akong medyo tinataasan yung driver's seat para mas kita ko yung hood, and naharangan ng manibela yung upper side ng mga panels..

Sana may ganito rin na color dito..

Still not seeing a lot of them on our streets. Can't wait to hear about the maintenance costs.

I have spotted a lot of Cruzes...... My dad describes the Cruze's looks as a Lancer Evo X

I saw a (fire engine) red color in our church today. Rich college kid (me sourgraping :D) already changed it to low profile tires + mags.

Anyway, I test drove one very briefly at the motorshow recently. Like the Focus, it has some Euro quirks like the headlamp or foglamp switch being on the dash (instead of the stalk). Central lock is also located on the very center of the dash. I tried it in fully automatic and manu-matic mode, the engine seem to respond very well. Well, I didn't like the way the dash looked near the passenger side (a touch too American in taste-remember this a world car after all).

hi guys. are there any chance na dadalin nila dito yung diesel variant ng Cruze? I think its the same diesel engine as the captiva.

Nakita ko ito sa festival mall kahapon. its big, muscular and ***y. An option other than the japanese brands. kaso ewan pa ang performance (pero mukang ok naman) at maintenence costs (big question mark).

    Cost is OK
