Suggestion ko lang, approach directly your agent to immediately assist your needs. Call him first and inform him/her na papunta ka to have your car checked kasi ang aircon ay mahina.
Kahit sa anong casa tayo pupunta, unang gagawin ay pumunta sa servicing agent and tell them what you want.
Sana, let us be considerate also to these people dahil tao lang din sila.
I bought my Cruze at Chevy Pasig and everytime that I need something from them they are always happy to assist. Diyan din ako nakakuha ng magandang deal.
Needless to say, I am one satisfied client of Chevy Pasig.

good to hear that sir siguro tyempo tyempo lang talaga.
so iba na ang owner ng chevy ba? not GM anymore? years back we had a problem sa chevy pasig with our venture. may umiingit sa dalawang harap na gulong. chevy pasig quoted 100K repair bill bec. they had to replace the entire abs system and some other system along with itdad was furious and threatened to pull out their companies' entire fleet account.
repair bill became 30K. the van was a 100% company-given car to my dad pero ang maintenance eh sa kanya na. other execs in his company were given the same model.
2 yrs pa lang ang warranty noon, and the abs failed 2 months after 2 years
pinagawa ng dad ko sa chevy pasig and sold the car a year later. other execs followed also, pinagbebenta na nila when they learned that my father sold his. imagine from 1.2M naibenta ng 500K in 3 years and only 18Tkm milegagekaya talagang kuryente kami dyan.
pero kung iba na owner sino na? looks like maganda ang bagong management ah. and if bago na nga, do they own the suzuki casa nearby also kasi alam ko GM din yun dati or Philhino ba? neither of the two ayaw namin, coz we experienced a talyer type of casa service sa Philhino edsa shaw. gusto gusto ko pa naman kumuha ng vitara na 4x2.
what do you guys think of this?

You can try this site "lacaraccessories" for your tint.. Have heard that they offer variety of tint brands, good service and fair warranty. And read that they tint vehicles inside an air-conditioned and dust-free room.
hi everyone...newbie here. i've been reading this thread but till now i'm still contemplating if i will buy a cruze or not. to all cruze owners here, can you please rate your new cruze from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest)based on the following items:
1. FC
2. Performance
3. Handling
4. Aircon
5. Spaciousness
6. Stereo sounds
7. Driving comfort
8. Cost of ownership
9. Dealer's customer service
10. Customer satisfaction
Your rating will help me decide...i excluded Style on the list coz i could rate it myself (9). Thanks a lot![]()
I'll try to answer your questions po.
1) 8 - I'm guessing my average consumption (highway driving) should be around 12-14kpl. Not bad for a relatively large & heavy car with an 1800cc engine. Hopefully the FC should improve as the car gets more miles under its feet. Plus, it runs on 93 octane unleaded or E10.
2) 7 - Ok naman sa overtaking & akyatan. It's a bit slow taking off from a complete stop, but once you get going, acceleration is peppy for an 1800cc engine.
3) 8 - Handling is one of the strengths of the Cruze. Sarap i-drive going up & down Baguio through Marcos Highway.
4) 9 - Malamigggg... I normally turn-off the compressor even with the blower set at the lowest fan speed of 1.
5) 8 - For it's exterior dimensions, it's roomy inside. And it has a lot of pockets & storage compartments, something a pack-rat like me appreciates. The boot is cavernous.
6) 8 - The sound system is respectable enough. But I find the radio reception a bit poor, even in the city. I wonder if its because of the antenna or if its just my car. But you get CD & USB options naman, if you get the higher versions.
7) 9 - Superb. The seats are comfortable, noise insulation is superior compared to other cars in its class.
8) ? - Too early to tell, but the service intervals of 10,000kms is less of a headache for someone like me who lives in Baguio. The dealer told me that the cost of every 10,000km PMS is comparable to two 5,000km PMS, so I guess it just evens out.
9) ? - I have not encountered any problems yet, as I have not gone in for servicing, although I think one Tsikot member already had an unpleasant experience, pero na-resolve rin naman. My suggestion is, talk to your dealer & the person who sold you the vehicle & obtain a commitment from him/her that they will help you when you need to bring the car in for service.
10) 8.5 - You get a lot of bonus points when people stare & admire your car. Many of my friends have said that the Cruze is one of the cars they'd like to own. The styling is modern but not trend-setting, FC, handling, performance & comfort is above par. The people behind TCCCI are succesfully turning around the image left by GM Philippines. Ownership satisfaction is one of their goals & they do have a respectable reputation in the automotive industry.
Good luck on your eventual choice, sir.
