Planning on getting an HID retrofit

I'm about to get my Headlight worked out by Redline. Im opting for their Stage 2 at 18K. Anybody here who can give a 2nd opinion or a smart advice? Thanks!

Ako im getting it retrofitted by xenon concepts stage 2.5 for 12500 hehe wala sya available na stage 3 kasi at the moment matagal pa daw arrival. Kaya stage 2.5 lang ako. Low budget kaya kay xenon concepts lang ako

You are comparing a D2S(type of bulb base) and NHK(brand/manufacturer). NHK ay may d2s bulbs din. I bet both garyq and xenon will be using same NHK d2s bulbs sa pina-quote mo sa kanila.

Wow nagbaba price ah. 19.5k yung stage 2 ko before. Sulit yan kay Tots/Redline.

Stage 2.5 of other retrofitters usually kalevel lang ng stage 1 ni garyq/redline.

Sir nagpa retrofit friend ko kay GaryQ, stage 2 naka koito Q5,, stage 2 din ni xenon concepts is koito Q5. Stage 2.5 is hella g5r. Base on my research mas ok hella g5r.

If xenon concepts also uses Q5/NHK, that's pretty good value for a cheaper price. Makes me wonder though, how does xenon concepts price their package lower than redline/gary?

Lower profit margins or lower quality materials/workmanship?

I actually am not sure tho sir papano. Nag quantify naman ako ng probably profit margin, maganda padin ang margin ni xenon concepts. Mas maganda lng tlga ang kna GaryQ and Tots given the big margin.

Didn't mean to throw shade at Xenon Concepts naman. Hence the parenthesis for "unproven". My point is, a lot of people I know maintain a pricing premium over their competitors to give the impression their product or service is better.

Or baka mas magandang lalaki lang talaga si Gary 🤡

Am sure the people who work there have a better idea of how much more/less the competition is making.

NHK D2S yung gamit ni gary and redline. Tama si Denb3r - yung D2S is a bulb type, NHK is a brand.

You get Osram if you avail of the stage 3 package. D2S din yun.

For low end retrofits, usually Mini H1 ang gamit na projector so they used rebased H1 xenon bulbs. I think si xenon-concepts mini H1 lang ang gamit. Mas malakas ang output ng D2S projector like the Q5 or RX.

Garyq is a pioneer when it comes to retrofittng sa pinas. He's like a legend na Then nag labasan ang mga bagong retrofitters(reputable) so that means good news yan sa mga end consumer marami kang pag pipilian. Then you can weigh your options. IMO this is like buying a pc, though lets say same specs and parts sa loob but your HP will always be more expensive than my lenovo.

Maganda daw kasi tlaga buga at liwanag nong gawa ni Redline. Im thinking to get stage 3 sana kaso tight budget eh.. Kung significant sana yung difference I can add a few to get stage 3. Who can attest to the output quality of Stage 2 vs 3 ni Redline? Any comments?
