Which department store towel is that? I'm always interested in cheaper options. I will say that the Microtex MFs are better made than the cheaper MFs you can buy at most hardware stores, and they seem plusher too.

Look for Carlack (virtually the same product, just different label) at Big Berts or MC Home Depot.

San ba nakakabili ng OCW? I live in the south baka may alam kayong store na pwede bilihan nito?
nanoglos > collinite 476s. Next week's wash, apply NanoSliq. Same for the following week (week 3). Week 4, use OCW as a booster to 476. Week 5 and 6, NanoSliq, then Week 7, repeat cycle.

Nakita ko rin to sa Ace Hardware-Baliwag, gusto ko sana bumili pero nag iisip ako kung alin ang bibilhin ko between Nanowax Spray or Wax as you Dry. Alin kaya ang mainam sa dalawa?

Although mas expensive ng konti, I bought Nanowax Spray sa Blade. For me, mas gusto ko mag-wax ng tuyo ang sasakyan.

If its DIY, okay din yung Turtlewax Ice ... Mas madaling i apply at walang residue ...

Pwede ba kayong magsuggest san may magaling at di kamahalan? Sila na rin ba ang nagdidikit?

    Maraming Salamat po..=)

This is to clean dirt, dust and the like from the outside of the headlights? Just wash them with the rest of your car. Alternatively - if they are glass, you can use any glass cleaner you like; if they're plastic, I'd use a QD/waterless wash instead (since most glass cleaners aren't that lubricious - ok to use on hard glass, but might leave marring on plastic).

What will you be using it for? To top up an existing wax layer, or as the only protection on your car? If it's to top up a wax layer, I'd choose the Nanowax spray - likely to leave more protection behind. However, if it's to serve as the only layer of protection on your car, I'd get neither - get their Nanowax Liquid/Paste, or their Gel Wax, or get a different product like 3M Performance Finish or Mothers California Gold Synthetic Wax.

This thread has really been a great help! Right now I have some questions.. Sorry if this has already been tackled before pero kasi hindi pa ako nakakapag backread from the start..

Based on what I've read (and my wallet) I'm really attracted to Microtex products. Since my primary concern really is with protection and durability, it seems that Nanosil is best for my purposes (hand applied though.. But i read that it is still okay if applied that way). Now my question is, can I layer Nanogloss over it? or will it strip off the Nanosil layer? ALso, as for QDs, Nanosliq should be okay to use on top of them right?

    Thanks!

si Umi ang expert dito ... based sa back instructions ng Microtex, ang layers ay car paint, nanoglos and nanosliq

Me i trust Microtex wash mitt sa paint areas, tapos yung Ace na orange mitt sa windsheild/windows (P150 yata) and Ace na blue mitt sa mags (P99 yata). I use a trusted brand (isa lang , I will soon replace Glass Science pag naubos) -- Microtex -- kasi yun ang payo ni BB and syempre to prolong my second investment, yung auto namin

Any tips how to get it out?

Also, ganun ba talaga yung microfiber chamois? When wiping the windshield and windows, hindi sobrang pulido ng pagkabsorb ng water, so pag natyo may fine watermarks pa rin from the little bits of water that don't get completely observed.
same observation ... so pinabayaan ko na lang

i prefer investing in windshield glass cleaner/protection than in wiper fluid ... lesser risk
