Unfortunately nung tinanong ko Autobisyo by phone mga two weeks ago, di na sale ang 476, di ko na maalala kung P 1,200 o P 1,400 na sya. Pa-confirm na lang sa kanila para sigurado.

Ive used my OCW + nanosliq pala last tuesday. Ang ganda ng performance. Hindi kumakapit ang alikabok.. Kitang-kita yung windshield ang kapal na alikabok, pero yung sa body ang kunti.. Very happy with the result..

I feel your pain sir cjv_justice, sana madala sa detailing, kundi man, maayos pa din sana...ako naman pawis na pawis sa pag-"detail", napabukas ng onti ang pinto tumama sa poste, ayun dimple...

Sumubok ng mag-clay kanina, masarap feeling ng makinis pag hinahaplos yung kotse...

Pero meron mga "libag" o "mapa" na di pa din matanggal, ano kaya magandang gawin dito, sample pic, yung nasa center:



Ano ba effect ng ginawa kong ito, kasi after clay with Mother's Showtime as lubricant, wipe off tapos apply agad ng KAIO without wash, ok lang ba to o dapat i-wash kasi may Showtime pa sa paint?

Salamat sir. Unfortunately malalim na yung scratches e... gagamitan na ata to ng sandpaper then respray. Mabuti nalang hindi na bend yung panel.

hayaan mo na yan bro, battle marks nalang ituring mo diyan .. though medyo hindi bagay kasi palaging malinis altis mo.

exactly what I'm thinking nga e, pero pag tiningnan mo sobrang eyesore. I know meron mga quick-fix diyan sa tabi-tabi pero I want the real thing Medium Silver. Dunno how much this is gonna cost me kapag sa casa pina-sand and respray...

Was this already there before claying? Looking at it, it might be etching, perhaps caused by bird droppings or tree sap. If it is, claying won't remove it - you'll need to use an abrasive product, like a paint cleaner or a product like SwirlX to remove the mark.

Yung mapa, nandun na siya kahit nung unang linis ng kotse, medyo madami ngang ganyan sa buong kotse. Kaya ako bumili ng clay, kala ko kayang tanggalin...mukhang next stage of my DIY na pupuntahan ko per your suggestions...pero katakot pag abrasives na...mababawasan na talaga clear coat..napansin ko nagkakaron na rin ng mga micro scratches or swirl marks, baka kailangan ko pa mag-refine ng technique...

Tinuloy ko na din lagay ng KSG...ok naman, mahirap lang tanggalin pag sobra...as emphasized many times ng mga experts...as thin as possible ang pag-apply

Eto mga nagawa ko ng weekend:

Saturday afternoon (mga 4-7pm):
1. Wash
2. Apply Nanosliq (mukhang nasayang after ng ginawa ko kinabukasan)

Sunday (7am-1pm, may kasama breakfast at lunch in between):
1. Duster
2. Very light wiping with MF per panel before clay
3. Clay with Showtime as lubricant (feeling ko halos kalahati nagamit ko na Showtime, pwede kaya i-dilute to?), pati windshield sinubukan ko, maganda siya ha!
4. Wipe off lubricant with another MF
5. Apply KAIO, wipe off with MF
6. Nilagyan ng dimple at white mark yung driver's door by opening too wide and hitting a post while doing step 5 on the door opening
7. After mga 2 hours...
8. Step 2 then apply KSG
9. Vacuum interior
10. Wipe Sunshield on the interior plastics

Eto pa mga gusto ko pa gawin ngayon pero pagod na:
1. Engine cleaning (kahit cleaning lang, di pa detailing)
2. Trunk opening cleaning and waxing, hehehe
3. Apply KAIO and KSG on the wheels
4. Clean yung mga singit singit na namumuti na, tulad ng gilid ng door trim moulding, pinagkakabitan ng side mirrors, front grille, etc.
5. Clean the other windows
6. Clean the inner side of the windows, the side with tint (ano ba maganda glass cleaner o Sunshield?)
7. Lagyan ng tire black yung exterior unpainted plastics

Sabi ng wife ko bilib daw siya sa tyaga ko, pano na daw kaya kung tumama sa lotto at BMW o Benz na ang kotse namin?

a couple of things sir...

1) I'd recommend a wipedown with QD+MF after dusting rather than MF alone before the claying
2) I'd recommend against putting mom's step 2 in between KAIO and KSG. Might affect durability of KSG
3) I'd recommend applying KSG right after buffing of KAIO to prevent contamination of the surface with dust that might cause scratches when you apply the second product. Remember, KAIO does not require any curing time.

Just want to ask the experts here, does paint protect also help protect against minor scratches from gravel and asphalt or is it only good for acid rain? After you have your car paint protected how long does it last before you need another session? Does waxing help with the paint protection? I never had my car paint protected before and only heard about this from a friend of mine. Thanks :D
