Apparently this law covers pedicabs, kuliglig and bikes. But since they don't have driver's license and can't pay the 5k penalty, ano gagawin ng LTO? Kamot ulo lang since they can't confiscate the vehicle or the device.

Just this morning I was browsing through tsikot on mobile while waiting for the light to turn green when I saw this thread (natakot ako). But then I realized I had an enforcer in front of me. Looks like he did not see me (I have extremely manyak tint )

Saka alam ko matagal na yan law na yan. Over 10 years ago siguro, friend ko hinuli sa stoplight ng Jupiter at Reposo, nag check lang naman siya ng phone niya habang naka stop.

Mga enforcers naman, kung kelan lang ata nila feel manghuli e.

This is what I do when I waze and it's really hard. Sometimes I don't get the chance to look down anymore. Normally I check the route and all the roadsnbefore I drive pero minsan waze changes the path bigla
