magulo rin kasi ang info campaign nila eh. itong mga media paiba-iba rin ang mga sinasabi kung ano ang pwede at bawal.
meron ako napanood kagabi sa news na nag-interview sa isang motorista, pinuna yung cellphone na nakalagay sa may aircon vent na libre sa line of sight,,, bakit daw hindi pa nya tinatanggal.
bawal ba? sagot nung driver. pero sa guidelines pwede naman

i have personally heard, a radio voice interviewing a traffic authority.
after the interview, the voice announces the exact opposite of what the authority just said. mabuti na lang, may co-anchor siya at na-correct agad.

it looks/sounds like bawal ilagay sa aircon vents ang gadget, pero pwede naman sa guidelines.
