    What roads do they have the no contact apprehension? Now I am feeling nervous. I was still using my phone today. Sa stoplight naman I sure hope the dark tint of my car protected me from big brother!

    Checkout MMDA FB for their weekly list of no contact apprehensions. this includes the location of their cameras. I noticed the list doesn't include vehicles using conduction sticker/ no plate number...

    Apparently this law covers pedicabs, kuliglig and bikes. But since they don't have driver's license and can't pay the 5k penalty, ano gagawin ng LTO? Kamot ulo lang since they can't confiscate the vehicle or the device.

    “Wheeled agricultural machineries such as tractors and construction equipment such as graders, rollers, backhoes, pay loaders, cranes, bulldozers, mobile concrete mixers and the like, and other forms of conveyances such as bicycles, pedicabs, habal-habal , trolleys,kuliglig , wagons, carriages, carts, sledges, chariots or the like, whether animal or human-powered, are covered by the provisions of this act as long as the same are operated or driven in public thoroughfares, highways or streets or under circumstances where public safety is under consideration.”

    I don't think they will be able to sustain this. Ningas Kugon lang yan. Just this morning I was browsing through tsikot on mobile while waiting for the light to turn green when I saw this thread (natakot ako). But then I realized I had an enforcer in front of me. Looks like he did not see me (I have extremely manyak tint )

    How will they implement this for cars with super dark tint then...

    Saka alam ko matagal na yan law na yan. Over 10 years ago siguro, friend ko hinuli sa stoplight ng Jupiter at Reposo, nag check lang naman siya ng phone niya habang naka stop.

    Mga enforcers naman, kung kelan lang ata nila feel manghuli e.

    Lol, counterflow lang ng mga kuliglig at pedicab di nila mahuli. Mga kuliglig lang na bawal sa edsa di nila mahuli.

    This is what I do when I waze and it's really hard. Sometimes I don't get the chance to look down anymore. Normally I check the route and all the roadsnbefore I drive pero minsan waze changes the path bigla

    In addition to using their cameras to catch drivers using their devices, MMDA will also be taking HD photos of vehicles w/ suspicious windshield mounted devices.

    Receiving and making calls bawal din. What the ****? Don't they know vehicles now are equipped with handsfree connectivity and driver can make calls without touching the phone.
