I've been driving on NLEX/SCTEX/TPLEX regularly for several years now and the location of speed cameras haven't changed. Luisita for SCTEX northbound, Dinalupihan for SCTEX Subic-bound, Sta. Rita for NLEX southbound.

The new additions are the fixed pole-mounted speed cameras in NLEX Mexico northbound and past the Bocaue tollbooth southbound.

As long as you mind your speed within these areas, your trip will be fairly easy. If you have the urge to floor that pedal, find sections away from these areas.

If you want your GPS and speedometer readings to match, use bigger tires.

same here. my speedometer reading of 120kph is 114kph on gps using stock 265/50r20s. when i changed to 275/55r20s the speedometer and gps readings are almost exactly the same. so i just set the cruise control to 114kph para safe sa huli.

Thank you for the locations. However, I think those mobile patrols have their own speed traps and I think they would intentionally turn off their blinking lights so you won't see them ahead.

Of course, as long as you maintain your speed within the limits then there's nothing to worry about. But you know sometimes, you "won't notice" that you are speeding up...

Meron na bang fixed pole speed cameras northbound from balintawak to dau? Ang alam ko lang southbound.

Also yung malapit sa marilao exit southbound, most likely wala na flag down yun since lagpas kana sa bocaue toll. Where does that speeding record get counted? Derecho ba LTO?

    Meron, Mexico northbound.

Yung southbound Marilao most likely no-contact apprehension, although I don't know how to check if you've been tagged.

From experience, they don't have their own speed traps. [emoji6]

They have their guys stationed in those areas I mentioned, usually crouched down on the grass and tagging people with their speed guns.

Was driving down NLEX soutbound with Waze on earlier - the pole-mounted cameras are as follows:

    1. Across Petron Plaridel (before Sta. Rita exit)
    2. After Sta. Rita exit, before Shell of Asia
    3. After Shell of Asia, before Petron Bocaue
    4. After Bocaue Toll Plaza

    Have a safe drive!

Northbound, there is one before San Fernando exit (maybe around 4 km before) and another one just before the Mexico exit.

This is a bit weird, I thought we don't condone speeding or atleast we promote responsible driving here...

Anyway, just for the sake of Q&A, di pa operational ang pole mounted speed cams. It's still on testing/calibration stage.

They still use the good old car mounted speed cams and hidden bunkers
