I already used it and it didn't work because there were no radars to catch at the time.

Best way not to get caught is to just not drive over the speed limit. If one can't do that, then at least know where the radars are.

Sa SCTEX-Subit route, andun malapit sa Dinalupihan nakaabang yung mga enforcers. Mayrun din minsan within the vicinity of the exits, usually in pickups or Innovas parked along the road. Outside of those areas, there is no enforcement or if they do place them, you could see them far away so you have enough time to slow down.

Natry ko na yan na nag flash. Wala naman nangyari sakin - no huli. And that was many months ago when they were new. Now even if I go past 120 at night walang flash. So they were probably just testing them.

120 to 140 will be fine, just like in some parts of the US with interstate speed limits of 75 to 85 mph.

An average of 120kmh will mean travelling 2 km per minute, or the 95 km stretch of NLEX within 48 minutes.

I think our expressways are too narrow to make 140kph the limit.

NLEX and SCTEX is good enough for higher speeds. SLEX needs some improvement.

    agree.

for NLEX, 120kph is fine as long as they implement the "Keep Right" rule.

for SCTEX and TPLEX, 120-140kph is just right, basta ang mga slow moving steady lang din sa right lane

The enforcers will apprehend you before you exit. They will give you a ticket and confiscate your license. You will have to retrieve your license at LTO East Avenue 3 workings days after apprehension.

What if you were caught speeding in their stationary speed cams and you were not apprehended at the toll gate? Ma-implement ba yung no contact apprehension?

That we don't know. There has not been any news or posted accounts of speed tickets issued for those tagged by the NLEX stationary cameras.

I went to Sagada via Baguio the other week. 120km/h on SCTEX and TPLEX is a bore. Truly, with such light traffic and wide open roads, even 160 would have been slow. I just comfort myself that I'd be getting lower fuel consumption...

On the other hand, the traffic on NLEX was so bad, for the most part 80-90 was all I could do without upsetting the passengers too much with lane weaving. But then it was a good thing too, since NLEX sported a few huge potholes.
