NLEX, SCTEX, Over-Speeding, Speed-Radar [MERGED Threads]

I passed by SCTEX yesterday and wala naman akong natyempuhan na namamaril going to Morong. Ave. speed of 110-130 kph gps speed and even going north of 150kph.

Try ko ulit bukas pabalik naman ng Manila. Any hotspot sa sctex and nlex southbound?

Sa nlex naman I make sure na di ako lumalampas ng 120 kph. Annoying lang sipat kasi ko ng sipat sa speedometer.

sctex southbound usually at the bridge before dinalupihan exit. so huwag ka mag-over 120kph after entering at tipo and until you pass dinalupihan.

nlex southbound speed camera is before sta rita exit.

Andun din sila sa kabila northbound after dinalupihan toll gate after ng bridge. medyo pakurbada yun daan kaya maganda pwesto nila late na bago mo makita unmarked vehicle with speed gun.

same as gps reading bossing. e kasi changed the tires from 265/50R20s to bigger 275/55R20s. these are 4.8% bigger. now the speed and distance travelled readings on the panel are spot on as gps speed and distance readings. if i set the speed to any speed yun din ang reading sa gps. same with the trip computer and distance travelled on the gps.

gps is sygic on samsung s6 and samsung note8.

as per experience ng mga tsikoteers 120kph ang limit. anything higher results to a ticket. but don't temp fate by going at 120kph. ako nga pag alam ko na nasa area ma may speed gun 114kph na lang para safe. hassle din kasi wasting half a day at the lto for a speeding ticket.

If you frequently traverse NLEX and SCTEX, you will have an idea where the speed enforcers place themselves and the areas where you can floor that accelerator.

120kph ako lagi NLEX SCTEX TPLEX, dahil na rin sa mga nabasa ko sa tsikot ayaw ko ng tumaas pa dyan. Same din, nagbabagal ako to 115kph sa mga bridges and radar points gaya ng tabang area sa NLEX.

SLEX mas takot ako kaya 110kph lang ako lagi, can anyone confirm kung may fixed speed traps na ang SLEX or baril pa rin lang ang gamit ng enforcers, I once saw an enforcer lurking behind the trees na namamaril. haha

120 kph is the max na hindi ka huhulihin. Pero ang bad trip lang sa TPLEX is the insects at night. May instant bug collection ka sa kotse mo. Kung makita ka ng 100 kph na takbo na van or suv, i-tail gate mo na lang. Less ang bug strikes at naka hypermile ka pa [emoji14]

Madami din grandias/super grandias goin past 120 regularly. . . But I think it's foolish to tailgate just for the sake of being clean of bugsplats.

Almost always traverse tplex at nighttime/dawn. . . Sa daytime ba madami pa rin insekto?

I have yet to squeeze out the maximum capability of my rides. The irony of it all is that I was caught speeding doing only 124kmh. I wonder how the enforcers would react if they caught me doing more than 2x the speed limit. Hahahaha
