NLEX, SCTEX, Over-Speeding, Speed-Radar [MERGED Threads]

I did my run between sta rosa and mcx. Not continuous 150kph but only when clear, but never went below 120kph. Anyway i was.not flagged down at the exit. Sa ilalim na ko dumaan di na sa.skyway.

If one gets 2 speeding tickets before renewing the.license does these 2 violations carry over even after the license is renewed?

If they put speed cameras between Nichols and Sucat on SLEX (at grade), I'd be more careful. Hehehehe

Just don’t do it - speeding at NAIAX. Dami monitors within NAIAX. May cameras, parked enforcers, and watch towers.

pero pag san miguel operated tulad ng TPLEX, dun mahigpit sila, sigurado huli ka sa toll gate...

Meron sila filter ng mga enforcers bago bumaba ng Macapagal Ave/Okada. Dun sila nagpapa hinto. Although I don't know the places of the radar.

Consistent 100-120 ako sa TPLEX kanina. I just make sure to slow down before exits and bridges. Siguro within limits pa ako since di naman nasita.

120kmh is fine within areas in SCTEX and TPLEX which are constantly monitored by speed enforcers. There are a few areas which don’t have any speed enforcement whatsoever, even more so at night.

Saan sila nanghuhuli? I don't drive fast lalo't maraming kurbada ang NAIAx. Pero kanina hindi ko napansing umabot na pala ako ng 70kph (maybe more) sa straight na portion after the toll gate.

Look out for parked pickups or Innovas. They usually hang out in relief areas. There is also a watch tower which is manned during daytime. You’ll be fine doing 70kmh but don’t go beyond that.

Ayaw ko lang dyan sa mga enforcers is yung discrimination. Most of the time they don’t apprehend those vans or UVs. Eto yung mga kupal magpatakbo sa NAIAX.

I registered to the new lto portal and found out a violation 4yrs ago in sctex. Disregarding traffic sign. Nahuli ako for Overspeeding. Malamang hindi ako makakuha ng 10yrs renewal.

Hassle din yan, you have to settle it before you can renew your license.

from what i understand,
the ten year driver license is a sort of reward to those with zero violations.
it is not really designed primarily to enhance penalty collection.
