well it's logical for them to do it that way para tumama yung registration date sa ending plate.. otherwise.. you have to pay additional for registration..

I just got my plates ending in 3, but the car's registration date is February.

Got my plates.. registered Jan. 2017.. ending "1"..
yung iba daw na binili nang August.. pag bigay nang OR/CR may kasama nang plaka..
