Speaking of LTO RFID, what about cars equipped with scanner / radar sensor? I mean, the RFID can possibly block it since these sensors are located behind the rear view mirror. I think the CR-V SX, Subaru, and others have those kind of sensors.

Got my OR/CR today and the plate number already indicated however the physical plate number is not yet available. what is the rule regarding this? someone advised to still use the conduction plate number from dealer and just wait for the LTO plate to arrive, reason mentioned because we are not authorize to create/put an LTO plate number (temporary) without authorization from them whereas the conduction plate eh authorized na ni LTO, it this true? so my questions:

1. it is okay to use the conduction plate number from the dealer even meron nang plate number indicated the OR/CR?

2. number coding? I assume kung ano yung nakakabit sa kotse yun ang susundin? if the statement above is true then I will still follow coding of the conduction number and not the plate number indicated in the OR/CR?

3. may magiging issue ba if na flag down ka? sample sasabihin iba yung plate number mo sa OR/CR vs. nakakabit, alam naman natin hahanap at hahanap ng way para magkaron ng violation.

Virtual plate = conduction sticker number. So hindi rin. But you can always ask your dealer to give you a vehicle with a conduction number ending of your choice. Maghihintay ka lang nga kung waka in the particular model and color you want.

Same here for my last 2 buys, i asked model, color and conduction ending or no deal. But my s.a. was polite enogh to decline my offer of payment for choosing the plate ending. Sabi niya baka swertihin na mabigay yung gusto ko. Pag hindi e di saka papalitan at magbayad, pwede naman daw (that time).

Kaya ngayon if the car is for coding better buy a 2nd hand that already has plates. Yun sigurado ka sa ending. So now that I got my plates i'm looking for a coding car. Nabili na yung mga nakita ko last month. Hintay na lang pag may magbenta ulit.

Im telling this so as not to confuse you my dear tsikoteers, simple lang, pay additioanl if you are not willing to bet on random ending plate number, and the rfids are great sddition to yout windhsield coz it will protect our cars from nag pepretend or nag duplicate ng plate number nyo

Btw. Heres my take, the ending plate is somehow dependent on your conduction number

If 2 ang conduction plus 1 ang final plate bale 3 ganun , happened to 2 of our cars, and my neighbor here in the condo

Now there is ann exception, pag January kayo nabile ng cars, automatic 1 ang ending plate

Was somehow in the same situation, bought a car last year and asked my SA for a certain ending number for the plate but no guarantee was given. After a month, SA informed me na yung plate daw na maaassign sa akin is not what I requested and asked me if I'm willing to pay 1500 pesos para mapalitan and makuha yung number na gusto ko.

Last year pa naghigpit kaya di na sila maka-raket.
Pwedeng magrequest ng custom ending number sa LTO as long as wala pang nare-release na plate number para dun sa sasakyan.

When i got the plates, wala naman bago CR na printed from LTO with the assigned na plate number.

I think mag reprint na lang ng LTO ng bago CR after the 3 years have lapsed, sa renewal

So this leaves an opening, and like wvery opprtunity that presents itself, well alam mo na Pinoy

As far as I also know, sir, the request for "plate number ending" should have been made before the plates come out. Once the plates come out or is assigned to the vehicle, it's near impossible to change it because it's already entered into the computer system.

After 28 months ay nakuha ko na sa wakas plate ko pero hindi ko pa nailalagay sticker since takot ako maglagay dahil baka masira ko. Kailangan ba talaga magcut ng tint para sa sticker and kailangan ba talaga ilagay ang stickers? After 6 months ay rerenew ulit Maling letters lang pero nakalagay sa OR/CR ko pero same yung numbers sa plaka kaya aayusin pa ng casa sa LTO.
