hi guys!! you might be interested with new wheels for your Fortuner. Ive got 4tune 18" wheels in silver or chrome. chroming takes around 1-2 weeks at the factory.

Yup! Just tighten the velcro strap right after you hook the seat to the ceiling handle. That should prevent the seat from shaking...

man, are you serious??? san mo ito nagawa? I swear 140 lang talaga kinaya. I was flooring the pedals pero ala na talaga? May mods ka ba sa 2.5D4D mo?

maybe slight downhill ang road, kasi kahit ako 140 lang ang top ko eh.... im gonna try it sometime again sa nlex right after the san fernando exit... mejo padownhill yung part na yun eh....

would it help kung yuyuko ako sa manibela? (ginawang motor ba!!)

I will getting my fortuner in two weeks after trading in my 2nd gen RAV4.I would like to get some information from the first owners with regard to some modifications:
Wheels
Upgrade to a larger sized rim say 20": how much will be the estimated cost and series of tire (50 or 60?) ? Can you refer me to a good mags and tire dealer?
Sound System
I did not sell my 2DIN DVD player in my RAV4 and I plan to re-install it in the fortuner: Do you still need to buy a spacer to have a clean fit in the dash? I have inquired in some shops in banawe and they said that you can buy the spacer in the casa. How much will it cost and which toyota dealer carries it in stock?

Had my 1000km checkup this morning at QA, arrived at 6:45am and was immediately registered, was finished by 9:00am, total cost 5011.50. Used 8 cans of toyota branded synthetic oil.

*normel :Installed mine with a Stebel Magnum, and i'm quite happy with it, esp. when it causes sudden jumping and jerky movements of pedestrians and tricycle drivers . Feisty jeepney and bus drivers just couldn't ignore the sound, too. Aside from the Stebel Nautilus, others have installed either a Fiam or a Hella Twin Tone.

some1 asked me to post the silver or regular 4tune wheels. He wants to know the diff with the chrome 4tune.


its the same except the other 1 is chromed! Theyre both 18"

bilog, musta na 2.7 vvti mo? sa akin ok pa rin. almost 12k kms na odo ko still no problem.

peeps, sabi sa akin ng toyota bicutan na mabilis mapudpod ang brake pads natin since mabigat daw ang body ng fortuner. pag downhill daw suggestion niya na mag-engine brake tayo. they had a customer na nagpalit na daw ng brake pads, less than a year pa lang unit niya.

Mga peeps, may nag-inquire na ba sa Toyota regarding compatability of the 2.7 VVTI engine with Shell's e10 ethanol blended gasoline?
