2014 Vios G Manual

About to change my tires, halos pantay na ng indicator yung upod.. Planning to replace yung stock rims and tires with 205/50 r16.. Ang concerns/situation ko are the ff:
1. Around 4-5 persons sa 2hr trip (qc to makati).
2. Medyo madami mga humps na nadadaanan.
3. Occasional trips sa province (2-3 persons) 3 hrs up yung travel

As mentioned.. ano pong brand ang mapapayo nyo? ang after ko sa tires yung better grip sa wet and dry (vs stock yokohama), durable (di bubukol, sumasabog at mabilis maupod) and matino ang price..

Btw, should I go 16s, okay lang ba ang following:

1. stay sa stock springs and shocks
2. replace shocks (what brand)
3. replace springs (what brand)
4. Replace springs and shocks (best combination)
5. add lifter
6. add o-sulee

Habol ko lang bale almost stock ang comfort, kahit slightly lowered, and di sayarin (pati sa turns)..

If 15in stock size lang, maganda experience ko for 1 month now sa toyo neo3. mas mahal around 500 sa stock yokohama pero much better handling, grip and braking. Also considered upsizing kaso na isip ko baka bumigat at kumupad.

Had the ducktail installed today. Simplicity always wins for me hehe. Yung Vitz wheels na lang kulang. Iniisip ko mag Camry copy mags kaso I don't really fancy 17s. For sure bibigat ang feeling ng ride.

Palitin na ba shock absorber kapag sobrang matagtag na yung ride. Nung ginawa ko yung bounce test, halos hindi na bumababa yung shock. Ang alam ko lang kasi na usual sira ng shock absorber is yung sobrang bouncy na pero paano kung ganitong sitwastyon tulad ng sa akin. Original tokico shocks pa rin yung currently installed. Feedback naman mga bro.

ilan taon na yan, ilan km na? did you know that the bounce test is no longer applicable sa McPherson struts? leak test ang ginagamit pang test niyan...

why? what is your check engine light (CEL) code?

its just charcoal inside that canister, no sensors... the nearest sensor is the fuel vapor purge solenoid... check that one first and the pipelines going to the said canister...

P0443 yun error bro

this is the said solenoid... check for copper cut and all pipelines leading to the rear canister... but most probably you just have a copper cut somewhere on the said solenoid or a faulty one...

Copper cut and tube from cannister pala was detached. Kanina pala ako na pinag ayos nung mechanic
Di na ako sinigil ng labor; tipidpc member pala and mas prefer daw nya matuto ako. Part surplus was 85php

Currently using Goodyear GT3, lagpas 30T kms na, kailangan ko na palitan. Looking for other brands/models.

Ang nakita ko is Goodyear Duraplus, 3k ea.

Sa akin Kumho Solus KH17, ok naman sya, its been with me for almost a year already, di oo lang alam kung magkano bili dun, office provided kasi.
