NOVA2013, I have to pay the insurance and chattel mortgage. Dealer paid LTO registration and gave me all the freebies given to you. There are dealers or banks who would have it all in but in the long run you are still paying for it because it is included in your monthly amortization and worse is it is included in the interest computation.
Come to think of it, insurance and chattel mortgage will just be around 30K pero pay tiningnan mo and monthly amortization mo in 60 months it will be way above that amount.
Tama si CVT, if you have the dough - better pay upfront.
I also saw an ad sa Sulit.com when I was planning to buy an Innova, low DP, big discount, all-in, grabe sa dami ng freebies including iPad and 10K worth of fuel and many more. But when I asked for a formal quotation, there's a difference of Php2,500 sa monthly amortization. That's Php150,000 in 60 months ang daming iPad ko na sana nabili nun. So careful sa mga deals mga ka-Innova.
