Good day to all Innova Owners. ask ko lang if there's any EB next year? para makasama naman po ako sa club.

One more thing... does anyone have installed racing filters on their engine particularly on 2.0-vvti?

Thanks. MOre power to the club.

I have the washable racing filter bought from Blade Auto, It cost only P500 versus the Toyota OEM filter costing P1050 that is good only for 10,000Km.

You will just need to have an extension tube to fit it inside the filter enclosure, I did cut a tupperware tumbler for the tube extension and it fits perfectly. I just wash the filter with soap and pressurize water and instantly I have a clean reusable air filter.

So every PMS, my SA omits the air filter in the billing statement.

it's either you reset either trip A or B after full refill to determine your distance traveled to next full refill. Or note your odo readings in between full refills and get the difference between readings. Yan ang ginagawa ko since Js are not equipped with MID. In manual computation, the difference between odos or the trip traveled divided by quantity of fuel replenished in full, yields your actual ride's fuel efficiency.

    See Petron's website:
    http://www.petron.com/fueljourneys/f...neys-fuels.asp

And share ko lang yung experience ko with high octane fuels. Mas mabilis maubos kapag ang karga ko ay XCS or even the E10 Premium because both have the same octane rating of 95. Obviously it is because of the octane rating and our bigger engine displacement (2.0). Liked the quicker engine response when using it. Pero I will stick with Xtra (octane rating, only 93). Talagang economical siya.
aris72ph, iba naman ang experience ko sa E10. I have a company service vehicle na 1.3 Vios. When I started using it, nagimprove ang fuel economy ko. I'm using Petron E10 which has an octane rating of 95 (same as that of Shell V-Power less Php2.00 per liter) compared to that of Shell's E10 na 93 lang. Feeling ko nga mas gumanda pa ang hatak kesa nung naka V-Power ako. Higher octane rating means less knocking on the engine.

noticeable difference on the exterior would be the front grille, tail lights and the bumpers... sa interior would be the auto climate control, integrated audio and MID buttons on the steering wheel.

It's almost the same interior, noticeable was the wood panels became lighter and some of the button switches went to the auto climate panel below the new faced stereo. The hazard switch became so very large hehehe

Good day to all innova owners, in connection to that statement that CASA only use their TOYOTA MOTOR OIL and nothing else. Actually during my 10,000 pd service they offered me Mobil 1 aside from their toyota mineral and fully synthetic oil medyo pricy lang talaga and short me s budget kaya i did choose the mineral brand 15w-40w. Probably next time i will go for fully synthetic kc sabi naman ng SA can be use up to 10,000 km. Ask ko lang din sa mga d4d owner kung na try nyo na magpachange oil sa shell station and used their motor oil. tnx and more power to our innova club.

Di kaya racket ng SA yan that they're offering you Mobil 1 or any motor oil brand for that matter other than toyota oil? We will never know unless we investigate or secure a proof. Two dealers I have dealt with regarding the issue of your choice of oil to use during the PMS, both says it'll void the warranty. Befriend the SA to get through it? I ain't that lucky.

Yup, my bro who also have a 1.3 vios, said the same fuel efficiency and quicker response with Petron's E10. But have you tried it with your Innova VVTi? I believe with a bigger 2.0 engine, the bigger consumption is very noticeable.

Di ko pa na try sa Shell service station but on my 10k check up I brought my own oil, the shell helix synthetic. I even checked with the casa prior to buying the oil if they will allow it and they said no problem.
