What I honestly like with the facelifted version is the bumpers (front and back) and the mags, that's all. The front grill is an absolute imitation of the avanza. Although I haven't seen the interiors, I may think it's just the same as the earlier versions.

After two years and 44K kms run I had my front shock replaced by TMBC, I just told them about the leaky shock, they evaluate it and replace it quickly.

Good for you Mile2, yung sa kin pending pa. I have written a letter of appeal to Toyota warranty dept and up to now wala pa sila advise.

It takes good relationship, they (TMBC) had became my friends from security guards to utility boys and up to top management. its like having the feel of a preferred customer with no less than the service manager overseeing services done to my Innova.

BTW, those with G and V variants 2006 and below who have remote keys that have cracked button vinyl seal. Toyota do replace old design remote keys that have buttons sealed/laminated within the key holder, which sometimes peel off or cracked. The 2007 and up are already non laminated independent buttons and this are the improve ones.

It's not normal. Mine is gas

For D4d, just don't know if it has cylinder head cover breather that goes to your air cleaner, but it should not be having oil going to your air cleaner.

linawin ko lang na hindi talaga normal na may langis sa air cleaner dahil pag may langis doon magkakaroon din ng langis ang intake manifold at siyempre pati sa combustion chamber - ang resulta ignition fouling.

Hi everybody! I'm new here and this is also my first post. First of all, I want to thank all the contributors of this thread especially to my fellow innova owners. I,ve been reading this forum for almost a year and I learned a lot from this that made me come up to the decision that this is what I want. I just got my Innova G Gas M/T at Toyota Makati 2 days ago and I think it was the last old look innova for that dealer. I chose to get the old one instead of the IMV series because I like the old look better than the new one and also becausse of almost 100K price difference on the same variant after including the discounts and freebies.

Many thanks to my SA Raffy.
    Cheers to all Innova owners.

    Welcome bro

I would consider your choice to be ideal and wise P100K is still P100K

I would consider the facelifted Innova if it has the DUAL VVTi engine and Euro 4 exhaust already, but without these features I would still stick with what I have a facelift is just for looks anyway.

Well said sir!!! Actually innova is my first choice in its category, kahit sobra dami na nya sa kalsada. Last year ko pa plan na mag upgrade to a much bigger car. I just wanted to be different sana kaya inintay ko pa ung release ng bago. Kaya lang wala naman significant changes ung bago so old look na pinili ko bago pa maubos. At least ung front grille and bumpers nya identified na sa innova, not a near resemblance of an avanza and an altis. That's just my opinion, hehe.

    Thanks again for the welcome!!!
