The Innova has been in the market for 2 yrs already and I cant wait for Toyota to release a new face-lifted version soon. I hope this year. I also wish they at least add power locks and a rear wiper to the J variant.

February 16th, 2007 08:43 PM #45321st, natutuwa ako sa message mo kasi damang dama ko ang nararamdaman mo. 2nd, i'm so sorry for what happened to your car. and last, subukan mo kina zinngoy (search mo na lang sa More Than Looks section). magaling gumawa yun. diyan lang sila sa may pasig. btw, mas maganda kung buong bumper ang ipa-pintura mo. mahirap habulin kung spot o retouch lang. hindi din naman ganun kamahalan. dagdag pa: kung buong bumper lang ang ipapa-pintura mo, wag mo na idaan sa insurance. e mas malaki pa participation ng insurance kumpara sa gagastusin mo sa pagpapapintura ng buong bumper. mas hassle pa ang insurance. doon ka lang sa accredited shops nila at dami pang paper work.

February 17th, 2007 12:58 AM #4533To my fellow INNOVA lovers:
MARAMING SALAMAT PO!!!
After a sleepless night of thinking about my scratched INNOVA, I left my house early today to look for a decent autoshop. First, I went to Big Bert Detailing at G.Araneta. Di raw sila paint, referred me to Clifford's at E.Rodriguez. Mga p1500 daw siguro charge. Went there, punong puno. Sabi ng supervisor balik daw ako monday, makuha car wednesday. Estimate nya p3500. Went to Banawe thingking of Mega Motion kasi nung high school pa ako sikat sya for body paint. Before reaching Mega, I saw M7 shop which was clean and the cars being serviced there were quite new. Estimate was p2500 and I could get my INNOVA by 5pm in the afternoon. True to their word, I got it 5pm sharp. I'm very impressed with their work. Eh I was thinking to myself, "MAKINTAB NA A." Hay salamat, makakatulog na ako.
Sir GLImamasan, tama po kayo. Inefficient security ng SM Centerpoint. Sigurado nag alarm INNOVA ko nung nasabit. Siguro nagtago na lang yun guard.
Sir Luigi, I also thought of having my insurance fix it. Kaya lang based on experiences with my previous car, sobrang hassle e. Takes time and paperwork to have it done thru insurance. Thanks anyway for your advise.
Sir mdacs, SM na naman?!?! Ang tindi no? Sana they can provide good services naman.
Sir tiu00, thanks for your advise din.
I had the whole bumper repainted and as mentioned above, satisfied po ako sa ginawa ng M7. Thank you po sa advise and insights nyo. I appreciate it.

To Tripple XXX
What color yung Innova mo? kuha ba nila yung color+metallic glaze? Mine kasi eh Night Mist color.

My INNOVA is J variant color silver. Laking San Juan din ako since 1975 pa. Kaya let's enjoy the best car, our INNOVA!

February 18th, 2007 03:08 AM #4540To all INNOVA owners out there,
May nakita ako sa Sta. Mesa area around 4pm last feb16. Red INNOVA sya na nakaset-up. G or V variant sya. Yellow headlights, 16" or 17" mags, european plates sa likod. If anyone out there knows this, please advise. If you happen to own that INNOVA, galing mo sir!
A relative of mine in Canada had his Scion FR-S PPF'd and then had it ceramic coated. He says it's...
