medyo malaki pala ang gasgas ng ride mo' sa akin nung araw na kinuha ko' may nakita na akong gasgas sa rear bumper pero maliit lang. hinayaan ko na lang kase di naman halata pag 1meter apart, pero pag tinutukan, makikita na ang gasgas. ibalik mo na lang sa kanila, sayang ang pagka-V ng ride mo at may gasgas na kaagad...'

problem ko lang, eh nakabitan na sa banawe ng step board, roof rail, at spoiler...

pero i called my SA and told about the gasgas kagad bago pa gawin sa banawe.
(5 min lang pag labas namin ng Toyota Quezon Ave.)

ask ko lang po''' yung manufactured date sa seatbelt nakalagay 02july2008, tapos dun sa engine nakalagay sa may cover ng timing belt ba yun eh 02-07-2008. pag assemble ba nito naunang na_manufactured ang engine tapos ang seatbelt???ganon po ba yun??? made in thailand ang seatbelt. pero yung DENR sticker di ko na nakita, naka tint na kase...' tnx po'''

Hello po. Meron na ba sa inyo nakagamit sa beloved Innova nyo ng Eastern unleaded gas? Laki kasi ng diff ng fuel prices nila as against the big 3.

Same question on other gas stations. Oks lang ba sa mga Seaoil, Flying V, Jetti, etc ang Unleaded Gas nila?

i will keep you posted kung matutuloy yung X'mas party na binabalak... kung di naman... pwede natin i set ng maaga yung EB for the month of Jan. 09 para po maka attend kayo.

Kasama sa warranty ang shock absorbers dahil di naman ito consumables at walang puedeng i-tamper ang owner dito, kaya pag nasira talagang papalitan dapat.

Front shock replacement would not take an hour.

They would remove the leaky shock and will evaluate it, if still functioning they will not replace it.

I also tried that both front shocks be replaced, but they only replace one since they told me that the other one is still okay. They need the defective one so that they can also have a replacement from TMP.

For now, I just always monitor all my shocks till the end of warranty

Sorry Mile2, but I have to hijack your above post and print it. I have to justify that shock replacement would only take a jiffy. The lousy TAI SA said shock replacement will take 2 days. What??? 2 days?! Are they kidding? They should provide me a service vehicle while my unit is under their shade. TAI customer service just informed me that TMPC warranty just approved my request letter re: leaky shock replacement. Please note that at the time of shock evaluation, my unit was still under warranty until June of this year.

Same date sya ah. 02-07-2008 is the same as 02-July-2008. Most countries in asia, europe and middle east are using the dd-mm-yy format for the date.

sir, sagot ba ito ng casa, insurance or gastos mo na. kung charge sayo sa labas mo na lang pagawa, ganun din pag insurance, mahal pa yung participation mo. kung libre casa ok na ok.....

Yes I think libre na. :D pero titingnan pa dalhin ko sya on Saturday. And besides di naman namin to gasgas sila naaman.

Had my innova undercoated at Scrubby Coat for 1.5K. Semi annual application. Under warranty pa. Is this price reasonable as compared to others? Magkano kaya sa iba?Thanks!

mga bossing, question lang kasi feeling ko naloko ako ng dealer ko nung nabili ko ang innova j gas nung august 2008, di ko kasi binili sa toyota mismo yung unit.. kasi madalian... di ko na sasabihin kung saang dealer ko nabili innova.. ganito yun. nung nakuha namin yung unit kasama nung yung warranty booklet db? napansin ko na iba ang nakapangalan dun, pero pareho lang ng engine number na nakalagay sa booklet at nung car... ang nakalagay na delivery date dun ay august 13 with the other name hindi name ko. nung sinabi ko sa kanila. nagkamali daw at binura nila ng liquid paper at nilagay name ko sa warranty booklet... dahil nga din madalian di kami nakakuha ng discount a kahit na ano.. matting at seat cover lang. tapos nung kinuha na namin yung innova may 90 kilometers na sya at while driving sa nlex nagflash yung check engine indicator light.di pala gumagana yung speedometer binalik ko sa kanila kinabukasan, remember po hindi po ito mismo sa toyota, authorized dealer lang.yung mechanic ang nagkabit sa may ilalim. kaya ngtaka ako. authorized ba sila magtanggal nun? at nung nakita ko nito lang, yung manufacture date ng innova ko ay march 07 2008 pa. then nung nasira ng maid namin antena i call the insurance to replace it.. sabi nila di daw nakaregister innova namin... at tnong ko lang, xerox na or/cr lng ba talaga pag financing? sana po masagot nyo po lahat.. gusto ko pong makakuha ng ibat ibang opinyon.. marami po salamat

Something indeed smells fishy!

1. Different name on warranty booklet
-Ok lang kung talagang nagkamali kaya ginamitan nang correction liquid. Pero dito pa lang nakakapagduda na. The date delivered should be the date you actually got the unit.

2. No discounts
-You should have insisted that they should have given you a discount. Standard freebies na po ang matting, seat cover, undercoat and tint. May tint na po ba agad? Kasi kung meron na at wala pa kayong nire-request e most probably "previously-owned" unit yan.Nung kumuha ang friend ko ng Innova sa "sub-dealer" marami siyang nakuha na additional freebies like roof rail and alarm.

3. Odometer reading
-I got my unit from Toyota Ortigas, meron na siyang 55 kms. sa ododmeter niya. Kasi biniyahe from Sta. Rosa to Pasig. Which is roughly less than 50 Kms. Kung within Metro Manila yang sub-dealer niyo. Hindi dapat 90 Kms. ang reading niya.

4. Disconnected Odometer
-Now this is what it all boils down to... bakit nila idi-disconnect yun!? Whether they are authorized or not hindi dapat i-disconnect ang odometer.

Sir, I suggest that you bring this up with them.
