I choose APV over Avanza primarily because of space.

    - madami na parts and stores and aftermarket/ replacement, take note may APV dropside and closed van versions which means commercial use kaya dumadami na ang parts supply-chain.

    - rear suspension lang nagkaiba the rest are toys. APV II using coils, older uses leaves.

    - you are welcome.

    - depends. True for city drive, almost same or just a little difference MT being better FC on highway drives
Ertiga is an MPV while APV is a small 5-door Van, IMO not the same size and category to compare. Your decision should depend on the purpose. I was in the market for small car or MPV recently, purpose of which is for for transporting little kids to school, could be used for emergency long drives, and fuel efficient (above isuzu sportivo level) as possible. I ended up with a small AUV, a diesel Chevy Spin. My advice is.. Do your assignment - identify your requirements, test drive, then make your comparative test maybe by using a chart or ticklist.

    Goodluck.

Pero I guess manual APV can do better compare sa matic, medyo mahina talaga sa subic lang pag puno tas pag pataas na down shift kagad.

ilan sakay and gaano kadami baggage? tagaytay via sta rossa exit di naman hirap, yung overtaking lang kailangan iplan ng mabuti as against kung ang dala ko ay new suv- power when needed as against apv na mag grugrunt muna for a very long few seconds.

been to subic and used the road going to morong, not the anvaya cove the much steeper alternate road where you will pass to the former vietnamese refugee camp, di naman hirap apv

just had my 50k pms(apv 2 at *odo 30k) saw an ertiga in the show room, nice but i would never buy it, for one simple reason... my big fat arse can barely fit in the middle seats, my kness already grazed the front seats... what more if the front passnger or the driver adjusted their seat backward?

dont get me wrong it's a nice vehicle but i could not jus fit on it properly.

Bumalik ka na ba sa PhilAir? Try to get back there to check-up your rear aircon problem, since they installed it.

Oil filler cap sa ibabaw. Drain plug 17mm hex at oil filter sa ilalim. G16a oilpan consumes 4litres oil when filter is replaced. Vic is OK, but i use better filter, Baldwin BT223.

May pic ako pinost dito i think 2013 pa yun, just backread na lang po. Basta ready mo na container, 17mm spanner, at oil filter wrench bago humiga sa crawler. Nasa driver side yung oil filter 8o'clock position then yung drain plug at the buttom of oilpan, very easy to locate po.
