Check your lugnuts, paint scratches, etc. There is an ongoing topic in The Suby Soc fb group regarding this. Its mostly MI GH that has problems though.

Theyre also irritated with those forcing to change their pads too early.

saw in the comments section of ************ that the expected price of the new forester is 1.918M... wala daw discount...

the price of 2016 (prefacelift) is 1.868M and if the discount is 100k , medyo malaki na sobra difference (150k)...

    nadisappoint ako ng unti haha

I got confirmation from my SA that the new 2016 forester iP is P1.648M, P150K more than the discounted price of P1.498M.

Nice upgrades on the XT. It wasn't mentioned but does it have the eyesight safety features and driving aid?

I would think so though I couldn't imagine how it would react to the driving habits of pinoy drivers who tend to insert into the smallest space in front of you. You might end up just disabling thst function.

Hi, how is the carjacked grade of the Subaro Forester. I want a car to use late at night in dim isolated streets (kasi I live near one). So I'm looking for the least carjacked car. If Montero, Innova, Fortuner are the number 1 most carjacked car. What is the least carjacked car? have you heard of a Forester being carjacked?

    "most commonly stolen cars" listing.
many countries have 'em, i think.
in 2010, topgear listed the three most commonly stolen cars as the fortuner, the urvan and the crosswind.

Incident last September. SUVs are prone to carjack because of high resell price.

i know most toyota's are prone to carnap, they cannabalise them and sell the parts in surplus shops, but if youre not comfortable of living/passing thru areas that you deem unsafe, the car is least of my priorities. Carjack...maybe, kidnap...its possible, gasgas and dings...laking chance

drive an old car. nobody carnaps an old car, except possibly for "por kilo".

Bilhin mo yung rare car. Like kia soul, chevy cruze, or any chinese cars. Yung walang demand. O basta may insurance ka. Pag ninakaw, insurance na lang

Id say a forester is rare enough. Those who carjacked one before wanted to joyride it. You can also consider a Ford Escape or Mazda CX5.

I would avoid cars used as public transportation or shares parts. Taxi or fx parts would buy stolen parts.

This is one of the most silliest condition (I have ever heard) when buying a vehicle. No offense to the poster.

Can Subaro Forester be cannibalized.. sometimes I stay inside car while waiting at for example market.. so are there cases where a Forester was carjacked or do they avoid this?
What else they avoid? How about Maza CX-5?

No. But you can buy GSM parts (galing sa magnanakaw) and bring it to the casa to replace the damaged one.
