    its an accessory so its easily replaceable. it has its reputation as bad for shoulders so most people dont really recommend it. but if you can do it and you dont feel any pinch on your shoulders, then theres nothing to worry about.

    Narrow grip for mid-traps,
    Wide grip just outside shoulder width will give you cannon ball lateral delts.

    I really like getting stretched. But it feels uncomfortable with the trainer. Some of the positions look ***ual.

    just got home from our monthly cell group meeting, it also my monthly cheat day, damage was minimal, i usually sleep weighing around 207-209lbs..waking up around 205, got home and checked the weight, its a tad below 205lbs, maybe it was all the walking today...food includes hainanese chicken quarter, fishball soup from toastbox, sizzling chicken thigh with rice at sizzling plate and for desert, its this pic i grabbed online from crazy crepes, i forgot the name, nothing special, dapat nag halo halo nalang ako or a quart of ice cream...

    tomorrow, back to reality, to my rice, beef, egg...and my snickers bar...this is my favorite day, next month uli

    my legs are a problem area, coz they are long, theyre a priority coz of my meniscus injuries on both knees, so i focus on them and make the surrounding muscles stronger...

    I hate lunges especially the walking lunge! But I love the leg press.

    WTF just happened. I gained 3 lbs in one week?!?! I didn't binge eat naman. Oh my!!! Maybe I am insulin resistant na nga but I don't wanna take meds
