    hammer curls helps in the upper forearm muscles, pag usual dumbell curls with suplination are for the bellies, ok hammer curls if you want to grow stronger sa pull ups

    ^ kaya ko naman maka-limang pull-ups easily, kung pipilitin pito (may kasama ng mura) 2 set na may pahinga kasi nakakapagod hehe

    what do you mean by suplination bro?

    It's supination, not suplination. you need to twist or rotate your hand as you lift the weights doing a curl. this will work the biceps best.

    Just finished shoulders,
    30 reps (4sets) spider push ups / warm up
    25 reps (4sets) dips
    Arnold press
    Partial side laterals
    Inclined side laterals
    Wide grip upright rows

    2bananas + orange triad multi vit
