    Speaking of which, one bowl of oats ang lagi kong bfast. Then follow ko ng Gatorade Powder with 5grams of creatine. Also, I started taking a serving of whey protein recently within an hour after I get up in the morning. Another Whey 30mins pre and then another serving on post. One more serving around 5pm then dinner at 7pm.

    8am: 23grams of Whey
    9am: One bowl of Oats / drink ko din ang 5gram creatine ko afterwards
    10:30am 23grams of whey ulit (pre workout)
    12nn 23grams of whey ulit (post workout)
    Lunch: Variety but mostly rice
    2:30pm 5grams of creatine with gatorade ulit
    5:30pm 23grams of whey ulit (snack)
    8pm or 10:30pm dinner. Late dinner na kung may school ako.

    Diet lang talaga ang katapat mo. Kahit kaming mga ecto, diet ang secret to get big. Diet of more protein

    Saka ang Ephedra, na BAN na sa US. May 'some' study shows that nakakamatay daw. Ang sakin lang, irresponsible intake of ephedra lang yon with a history of heart ailment. Pati nga PH (Prohormone) ban na din sa US.

    Hehe, di pa naman ako bibili, im still researching, but I've taken MaHuang before, nakakapraning sya eh, parang ngumunguya ka ng coffee beans hehe...

    Karding: (ano ba name mo talaga? hehe ) Mukang ok yung diet MOE mo... I hope I can follow something like that pag nagbulk na ako... Actually kung madaming pera, madali lang yan sundan haha... Ang mamahal ng "good" food, ngayon ko lang napansin how much cheaper processed and junk food are.

    I agree with you sa Ephedra, I know a lot of amatuer atheletes sa US personally that has been taking it for quite some time, usually they take less than the "recommended" dosage ng bottle, my goodness, they all can stay lean year round, of course, being an athlete helps a lot... Then again, for every 1 "legal" user of a product, 5 or more will abuse it.... hehe, even Vitamins nga daw pwede ma OD diba... But I'll probably hold sa fat burner until I finish bulking up...

    like i said in a previous thread - i took ephedra for about 6 months. the results were THE BEST of any fat burner product i've ever tried.

    i stopped using it because of pressure from my wife, and also because i didn't want to take it long-term. as long as i watched my heart rate and stay cool and hydrated i was fine. the few times i overdid it, i felt dizzy and nauseated (the same feeling you have when exerting yourself normally - like running a marathon - but your endurance is lower).

    your results will vary, and yes, consult a doctor before taking.

    all i can say about fat burners with ephedra is that they are 100% effective (for me, at least).

    sabi nun iba... effective daw pero wala naman side-effects basta tama intake... wala pa naman akong na-encounter na namatay... pero sa news ang dami eh...

    para sa inyo ano mas-effective? whey or amino acids? kasi parang ang baba ng protein content ng amino eh tapos yun mga iba isang tablet lang pero lumalaki, parang placebo lang...
