Karding: Ako i place my powders sa baby formula containers mas madali, measured and compact hehe...

ok namn to eat wag lang lamon, once a week give ourselves a break away day to enjoy real food, pero siyempre we should also be cautious on what we eat pag puro taba ng baka e bad din naman. once a week of pleasure indulgence is not bad just keep it on a average amount like for example ice cream...

simple lang explanation sa katulong nyo about 'lean cuts.' sabihin mo, the less fat on the meat, the better.

1-teaspoon of Creatine = 5grams
2-teaspooons of CGT-10 = 20grams?

How did it happen? di ba dapat ang 2-teaspoons is 10grams lang?

VW: Lean cuts... Round cuts are leaner than sirloin, ask them to trim the fat off, makakamura ka pa coz you dont pay for the fat anymore. Avoid ground beef, 50% fat satin hehe.

Sabi sa inyo hirap lumamon ng solid food eh hehe, first week ko palang di ko na kaya yung 3200 calories ko, hanggang 3PM lang kaya ng digestive system ko, after that, tumitirik na hehe...

Order ako sayo end of the month pre, half nalang yung 5lb ko, meron kang choco mint?

Karding: I think one serving of CGT10 is 5g (2 teaspoon), well at least with mine, yung Lime ganun.

Walang scoop yung lime, baka iba nga yung wild berrty na lalagyan... I use my baby's measuring spoon as well, pero syempre meron syang sa sarili nya hehe, baka lumaki na BB body agad anak ko 7 months palang sya hehehe. But he's strong though...

John: None yet, but creatine isn't a foreign "substance" that you're introducing to your body, your body naturally has creatine, but our "modern" diets doesn't supply enough to support muscle growth.

Like any supplements though, it works only as a SUPPLEMENT, if you dont stress your muscle enough or feed yourself enough, it won't do crap hehe...

Dami naman drugs, food and supplements na walang "long term" research, and kung meron man, the news are usually "hyped up", ako basta proven na it's a natural occuring substance and may good documentation of its benefits and cons, and if I've decided that it'll do more good than harm, then I'll take it...

I find it sickening that the US always publishes "blah blah may cause cancer!" etc etc... They released notices that Vitamin E can cause cancer, soy can cause cancer, Vit C can cause liver failure etc...

But nobody seems to care about the long term, proven woes of junk food, MSG, sodas, excess flouride, etc etc... Stuff that people use everyday.

hehehe... no offense taken...

it's just that there is no finality when it comes to many of the products that are available in the market. researches done are being disproven today (using newer equipment and better testing methods).

though there is one common theme about their warnings... about supplements that might reduce or enhance the ability of some prescription drugs.

also, hoy do you guys take your oatmeals? bumili ako nung regular lang na quaker, walang lasa eh.. nilagyan ko lang konting sugar and milk..

Karding: I think one serving of CGT10 is 5g (2 teaspoon), well at least with mine, yung Lime ganun.
Sabi sa label, ng serving size ng CGT-10 na 2-teaspoon is 20grams total. Pero the 20grams is comprised by the following:
5-grams is Creatine
3-grams is Glutamine
2-grams is Tautine.

Asan na yung 10grams out of 20grams per serving?

Wala ding scoop na kasama ang Wild Berry, and the containers are the same.

van_wilder:

recommended dosage nga ng Whey is 4-6 servings a day. Of course, without missing your solid meal.

kennster:

I mix my oatmeal sa 1-scoop Whey, 4-teaspoons Oats, and 8-oz water as my bfast. Then snack ko ulit by 6pm is 2 scoops of Whey, 4 teaspoons of Oats, and 12-oz of water.

Typically, Oats is cooked with Milk then sugar is added, preferably brown sugar. Kaya you did nothing wrong.

VW: I read from your old posts about your concern sa whey sa kidneys, pare they have no basis to be honest. Whey is derived from cheeze, consuming protein shakes makes no difference to consuming real food with the exception of convenience and ease of absorbsion (assuming you can find food with the same macronutrient ratio).

Kidneys are taxed most sa workouts, everyday is kidney day ika nga if you workout daily, hence medyo mataas ang kidney problems ng mga pro-athletes.

Whey is just a food supplement, it contains no medical enhancement that forces your kidney to work any harder than you do eating real food. Of course, it doesn't substitute real food, it's a supplement by definition.

Here's one "camp" of training argument, although I'm skeptical of Sisco's training routine, his theory on kidney resting sounds logical to me.

Static Workout

Karding: Konti mo may oats! hehe 4 teaspoon? I eat 2 cups (yung measuring cup mismo ng cooks) with 1 scoop ON with water, medyo matubig and I just gulp it down like a really thick shake. Sa office pinapapak ko sya dry, spoon by spoon hehe, then tulak with water or skim milk, sarap din :D

OK lang din sakin yung choco ng ON, pero I wanna try choco mint sana, best tasting daw sya. I'll try C&C next time. Weird talaga taste buds ko hehe.

Regarding CGT-10, ang alam ko ay serving of 2 teaspoon contains 5g of creatine, 3g of Glutamine, 2g of Taurine, 5g of carbs. Baka yung remaining 5g ay fillers? Hehe, either that or bobo sila sa math :P

hehe sanayan lang pre...

dagdag about creatine

Creatine is produced naturally in our kidneys, liver and pancreas out of Arginine, Glycine, and Methionine, but small amounts can also be obtained from eating meat and salmon. We store 95% of the approximately 100 grams of this amino acid in the skeletal muscles and the rest in the brain, heart and testes. When ingested orally creatine combines with phosphate to create phosphocreatine and is stored in muscle cells.

He said there was no way he could stay out of the gym that long. Actually, this is a common problem with serious bodybuilders.
Edit:

Im taking some time off from the gym, wont be back 'til Dec. 13th and hit the gym once a week.
