I remember 2 years ago, nag pa test ako vit d efficiency and the doctor prescribed me vit d kasi kulang daw... pero yun nga, sa us/uk 2000 ui / 50mcg lang daw need ng katawan pero as per the fauci 6000UI ang ma inam for our T cells...
Anyway, so far okay pa naman health.., yun nga lang nakaka praning pag lumabas tapos nakalimutan ko mag vit d and c for that day, nasa isip ko “ops i forgot to take vit d and c, baka papasok si covid at di kakayanin ng immune system”... paranoid ako somehow...

Despite the CECC's doubts, the Philippines representative office in Taiwan has decided to suspend any mass gatherings, and it shut down its offices in Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung for disinfection for a few days last week.
